Work great!
These work great. It is normal for them to feel moist out of the pack and it is also normal for them to dry stiff after the first use. You just wet them and they stay cool for hours. I have a Frenchton and she can’t handle the heat, so this is a much needed item to be able to take her outside when it is hot.

First off, itâs a great value for the price. You get 2 of them for a reasonable price. They are great cooling dog neck bandanas. You just get them soaking wet. Squeeze out the excess water and then put them in the fridge for 15 minutes so they are nice and cool and then easily put them on your dog. They close with Velcro. They stay cool and wet for quite a few hours. They really help to keep my dogs cool and they are lightweight and soft so the dogs donât mind them at all. The only reason I didnât give 5 stars all the way across is that they have one small âissue â. Once they are completely dry- they get very stiff. However once you get them wet again, they are once again very soft.

Dont waste your money
I tried these and they did not stay cool. They don’t do anything more than a wet/frozen washcloth. They then dried and crumbled. dont even have anything left to return. Terrible

I think this works good. Our dog didn’t want us to take it off immediately, so there’s that. The fabric dried hard as if the water turned to glue. I haven’t tried it on our baby since, but will this week as we run our errands.
