Nice collar
Got this to replace a similar collar because the other collar was old and dingy looking. I love the color and the fact that it also comes with a leash. It was easy to adjust the size of the collar to fit my dogâs neck. I also appreciate the reflective stitching do its easier to see her at night.

Giving this two stars because…We like the collar. It is well made, strong, thick webbing well machine stitched and overall well made.What we DID NOT like was the leash. Too much emphasis seemed to be placed on the soft padded loop rather than the leash itself. This was essentially a very thin fabric that we felt would fray and unravel over a short period of time. Imagine the sigle thickness of a tarp fabric. Honestly, the leash felt very cheap and we would not recommend this for long term use.Again, the collar is great, the leash not so great.All the pet products we review on Vine are tested and evaluated and then donated to local animal shelters. When it comes to leashes, one of the first things we look for is quality of materials and qualities of the stitching. If you are buying a collar, you do not want it falling apart or unraveling as soon as you put it on. We also inspect and tug the clasp to see if it will hold. Sometimes when walking a dog, that dog may pull or tug you along. If you need to put the dog in heal you do not want the clasp to breaking if you must forcefully put the dog in heal. At this point, based on all the above, we then estimate if the product will hold up to repeated washing. We also evaluate leashes with the same criteria: quality of materials and machine stitching. This is paramount for determining the longevity of the products. Once our assessment is completed, we donate these products to local shelters. They are usually in desperate need of collars and leashes to send home with the adoptees. Having a new collar to put on makes a big difference in showing the dog and sending them on to their new forever home.
