Item feels very plush. Don’t expect it to look like the picture straight from the box. The seat is so vacuum pack it will take a good 48 to 72 hrs for the cushions to puff up. Item is made in China. There is a preservative/mothballs oder. I am washing it now. I appreciate that the zipper is hidden I need the inside under the cushion. If the seat forms into the look of the picture, I will be satisfied. Looks well made.*update – upgraded from 4 to 5 stars – day 3 of the cushions still uncompressing. The front cushion did a nice job of puffing up and is a good width. I think I will add another seat cushion i have until the carseat cushions are at its max and my dog can see out the window. My dog seems to really love this seat and the material is so soft even after I washed it right out of the box!

My dog really loves his new car booster seat bed. It’s high quality great padding, looks expensive and elegant and it keeps him super comfortable and safe. Great value for the money. And, it’s machine washable.

Great pet chair
This is well made. Easy to move to car to golf cart, or any other vehicle. Extra height allows smaller pet to see out of vehicle and prevent motion sickness. Easy to secure to vehicle, and tethers pet for safe rides. A harness would enhance pet safety when tethered. My small 13# dog loves this seat, and sleeps great on Long trips.

What I love: The car seat is comfy, soft, and elevated so that my dog can see out the window. Although I didn’t get a picture of her sleeping in the seat, she loves to lay down and take a nap or keep an eye on me while driving. It takes a little while to plump up after you open it, but it’ll get there – don’t worry. Installation is easy – you just put the seat belt into the loops on the bottom of the seat. It holds it in place, but it’s not meant to keep the dog secure. Your dog must have a travel harness on and have some type of secondary tether that is securely wrapped around the head rest or – what I’ve done is I’ve clipped it onto the anchor attachment that I believe is for baby car seats. I am not relying on this dog seat to keep my dog safe in an accident. I rely on this dog seat to keep my dog comfortable. Her crash tested harness and tether will keep her safe in an accident.What I don’t like: I haven’t had to do it yet, but I think that it will be a real pain to deconstruct it to clean it. When I put her into this seat for a long, windy drive or after we’ve been someplace muddy, I have a blanket that I lay across the seat so that she doesn’t dirty it. This has worked well and I think this is the trade off for comfort. My other dog seat was much easier to clean, but it wasn’t comfortable.Overall, I’ve given this seat five stars because my dog loves it. It’s made a big difference to her comfort when we go on errands and trips. Highly recommend!

Dog loves sitting in it.
Had a console type dog seat which wasnât safe because it kept sliding. Purchased this seat and itâs great. Easy to move, easy to secure to the seat , and easy to secure my 17 lb dog. He loves looking out the windows. Itâs very soft and yet sturdy.

Safety for Zeppelin
We truly appreciate the security of this car seat. We never thought we would ever buy a car seat for a dog but we did! This seat has the perfect height for Zeppelin to see the world around him but still be safe, not roaming around the car. The seat fits securely in eith the front seat or the back. The stitching is strong, the straps are very good quality as well as the harness clips. Zeppelin appreciates the pocket for his cookies and toys haha.We are super happy with the quality & the value. It’s an attractive seat.

My pup loves his seat. Itâs high enough for an 8 pound yorkipoo to see out. He watches the drive for a bit, then curls up comfortably in the seat. I fasten the strap to his collar to prevent him trying to jump out when I leave him in the car briefly. This seat is a must-have if you take your pet with you often.
