Dog approves this car bed. Came super well-packaged, all vacuum sealed to save space, which I appreciate since I was putting it in a suitcase to transport it. Well-made. Dog climbs up on it as soon as he gets in the car and cozies up in it immediately. I like the practical, multi-functional zippered sides and the quality of the fabric. It feels safe to drive knowing that he’s in there, surrounded by cushiony walls. It’s all washable and seems durable. Great for road trips but it does take up quite a bit of room in your backseat, but if the pup is comfortable, I’m happy. Because of the zippered sides, this bed can also easily be used as a regular bed in your home if you just unzip one of the walls to give him easy access. The mattress isn’t as high as I would have liked but it’s long enough for my pup to lie comfortably without having to curl up.

This is a good size for a medium to large dog and comes in two pieces: a thick, foam cushion with a removable, washable cover, and the main outer box that acts as the main seat/bed. The cushion fits at the bottom of the box, and both pieces arrive rolled up and vacuum-sealed. It has instructions, but I needed to fiddle with it a bit to figure out how to install it. Watching the video on the product page helped.This dog car seat is really just a high-walled, square dog bed with some straps. I use it for my senior Aussie (around 35 pounds), and it keeps her from sliding around in the back seat. Sheâs comfy, and itâs a good size for her, though it might be a snug fit for any dogs bigger than a Lab.The material feels medium-qualityâ not flimsy but not super heavy-duty. The listing says itâs waterproof, but Iâd be careful with that. The cushion cover has a waterproof layer, but the bottom of the box isnât, so any liquids can gather under the cushion. Small spills or drool are fine, but a big accident might leak through. We use an extra seat cover just in case, but itâs something to consider.Another consideration is that the plush fur lining is cozy but might be warm for thick-coated dogs in hot weather. This might not be as good to use in the summer.In terms of value, it feels a bit high for what youâre getting (as of the time of this review), but Iâd still buy it because itâs so handy and helps my dog out a lot during car rides.

A Really Nice & THICK Booster Seat for Dogs
My best friend goes with me everywhere, except for on most car rides, simply because he gets sick in the car (almost every time.) So, my vet recommended taking him on shorter rides (like around the block) and supplying him with a secured booster seat. So, I thought I would give this booster seat a try.The seat is incredibly well-made and provides a safe and comfortable space for my buddy. The installation was a breeze, and it fits perfectly in my car. The anchoring straps that keep the seat securely in place are adjustable, ensuring my buddy stays put even on bumpy roads. The plush padding design and non-slip bottom makes the booster similar to my buddy’s bed at home, so he knows the routine (hop-up, lay-down.) Overall, I highly recommend this dog car seat to any pet owner looking for a reliable and comfortable travel solution for their furry companion!

Nice! But definitely for the back seat.
I ordered this seat for my 30lb dog (he’s a cattle dog and chihuahua mix I think) for the 5-hour trips to Grandma’s house. When I was looking for a seat, I was concerned that the smaller ones meant for the front seat would be a bit too small for him, and maybe also kind of floppy. Since I drive an F150 pickup truck, I thought why not give this one a shot in the front seat because I can let it spill over onto the middle bench seat.Well, in the front, it can only clip into the seatbelt on one side. So, I did that, then I ran the shoulder belt through the back loops. That’s fine. The only thing is, it’s still kind of too big for the seat and because it’s rectangular, it doesn’t really fit into the seat so that it can reach up against the whole of the curved seat back – it gets pushed a bit forward. It also doesn’t really sit great because the seat dips down a bit in the back. So, I’ll have to do a bit of adjusting. It really wasn’t designed to go in the front seat, so I it wouldn’t be fair to take stars off for issues with fit. I did take one star off though for the quality of the straps and hardware. They feel a little bit cheap. I may supplement with something else to secure my dog’s harness..The cushion, however, is fantastic. As others have mentioned, the parts come vacuum sealed and you have to let the foam expand. I have ordered foam things that come vacuum sealed and when they expand, they are just soft memory foam that doesn’t have much firmness or structure. The foam bottom in this seat is nice and firm and keeps my doggie elevated so he can see out the window, which makes him happy.So, while it’s not the perfect fit for us, it’s a good product that I would recommend.
