What a cool idea!
This is one of those “Why didn’t I think of that?” ideas. Simple idea, yet really helpful. We have rescue German Shepherds, and they tend to try to stand the entire time they’re in the SUV. This helps keep them in the same place, and ultimately helps protect them when traveling. It easily sticks into the seat belt slot and clips to a dog’s collar. Great job!

Great product
Bought this product for my sonâs furr baby. Louie likes to go for rides but insists on sitting in the front seat impairing the driverâs ability to control the car..favorite spot is lap of the driver. Now Louie is safely secured in the back seat( not particularly happy) but driver and passenger are safe. Great for walks as well, dog doesnât pull or choke as with the chain type collar. Louie is 40lbs and medium fits well.

Great dog harness for vehicles, 2 ft
I have a medium sized dog that is a total freak anytime she rides in a vehicle. Bought her a car pen but she isn’t contained in it and bounces all over the place including the front seats which is very dangerous, especially while trying to drive.I was looking for a different item and happened to run across this dog car harness and was skeptical of it working, thought it would be too flimsy.It arrived in a 2 pk inside a small plastic sealed bag. Cable harness was super easy to straighten out prior to using. Has nice heavy metal clamps holding everything together. Metal cable tighteners are covered by a plastic cap so no sharp edges or injuries can occur.Packed the dog up into the car and placed her in her carpen in backseat. Clipped the one end of the car harness into seatbelt & other end to her harness. She could still move around in her pen but no longer able to bounce around in back of car then move to the front of the vehicle, worked great for keeping her contained!!! She wasn’t too pleased up I definitely am!! Makes driving around so much safer for everyone in the car.I would highly recommend this car harness.

Keeps your pup safe in the car
These Mi Metty Dog Car Safety Restraints keep your pups safe in the car.So these are basically thick, coated, wire, restraints. You hook one end to your dog’s harness or collar (but only a harness is truly safe.) You buckle the other end into your seat belt latch in your car – exactly like you use a seat belt. This prevents your pup from jumping into your lap when driving and even more importantly, it prevents your pup from being thrown out of the car in the event of a crash.I have used restraints like these for years because I have 3 dogs and travel a lot. These are unique because they are so heavy duty and my dogs don’t don’t try to chew them at all! Do note that the length is not adjustable but they are available in 3 lengths. They are super flexible and and seem to be very sturdy and well made. I prefer these to any of the adjustable safety restraints I have used.

A Very Good Product. Might Benefit From A Couple More Inches.
This product does exactly as it is designed to do. It fastens easily into a seatbelt holder, and the harness/collar clip seems to be of a good quality & standard size. I was initially looking for a strap style, but found this cable style one. So far the cable works well and makes it easy to tuck to the side and out of the way. While the product functions well, as is, I can certainly see that a couple more inches in length would be benefial. Obviously the lenght is a situational factor. Your dog may be a little smaller than mine. If it’s larger than mine, then this would be an even more significant consideration. For me, it would just make it that much better. The coating on the cable protects it, my dog, and the seat from possible chaffing. All-in-all, it appears to be a good product, and I would be happy to recommend it.
