We got this vest because my little Shih Tzu is scared of thunderstorms, but she loves it when we squeeze her–so we thought it would help. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for her (still hiding and trembling during a thunderstorm), but the seller was very kind and responsive–when I explained this, she gave us a refund and asked us to donate it to a shelter. The item is very well made–the material is thick and stretchy, and the velcro is strong. I really wish it had helped my dog!! 🙂 But every dog is different–maybe it will help yours! 🙂

Velcro super glue
The Velcro used on this product is TOO strong! Sounds weird but true. It’s a hassle to take off. Also only giving 2 stars because it’s been worn only twice and the fabric material has wooly balls all over it (like an old sweater that’s been washed too many times). I actually believe this is happening due to how it gets stretched when trying to separate the ginormous Velcro flap. Cheap product, won’t last.
