Customer Service for the WIN! And it’s a great bed!
I purchased this bed while I was still using the divider in our awesome Diggs Revol Collapsible Crate (note: you cannot use the bed when using the puppy divider). That was back in March. I did not realize until now, I was sent a small instead of a medium size bed. I reached out to the customer service team at Diggs and they were happy to help even though I was passed the 30 day return period. So, a big shout out to Diggs for providing excellent customer service! The bed is a comfy memory foam which my pup loves. It easy to slipcover is easy to take off for cleaning and goes back on without a problem. Would recommend!

My 8 week old pup loves his crate!
This is kind of a 3 part review, but I want to emphasize how incredible the Snooz is. My 8 week old pup went into his Revol crate on his own within seconds of me introducing him to it, and fell asleep within 5 minutes. The bed is so soft and cozy for him. I havenât needed to wash it yet as its only been a few days (and no accidents!) but it seems like itâll clean up nicely.Iâm a first time dog mom, and I canât believe how easy the combo of Revol, Snooz, and Groov have made the crate training process. Have to shoutout Rachel Fusaroâs YT channel for introducing me to Diggs products. I didnât want to believe the hype bc of the price tag, but you really canât go wrong here.

Well crafted
Iâm reviewing this item without the kennel. This is a very well crafted cushion! I opened it and zipped the cover onto it, then put it next to my chair. My pup immediately plopped down and took a nap. She has claimed it now, and itâs her spot! Iâm hoping sheâll feel the same about her spot once the kennel arrives!I would recommend this for your dog, the cushion is thick and the cover is washable and sturdy.

I finally gave in to buying the Cadillac of crates⦠HAPPY!
This crate is durable & crafted well & the color I chose works w/my decor. My puppy is a 6 mth yorkipoo thatâs growing & heâs able to sit or stand upright in the small size crate. He was in a pet taxi since birth for night time so after an hour of sniffing & my coxing he moved right in comfortably. The next test will be travel which shouldnât be a problem because of its easy breakdown but it is sturdy & heavyâ¦. So far no regrets! I missed the bundle promo w/Diggs by a few dollars & too much thinking⦠itâs pricey! Though Iâm glad I did it.

Puppy loves it, I love it itâs easy to clean itâs very comfy itâs perfect for her crate. Daisy had an accident and it was so easy to throw it in the washer no problem.It really is the best crate and Dog bed Iâve ever had and Iâve had dogs my whole life.

I like this but⦠Diggs should make this with the edges should be the way the dogâs love them and that is so that they have their chins able to rest up on them. Just laying on them flat is not how dogâs like to lay. My dogâs love to lay on rounded edges. Please put that on these beds. Also on the Pilloâs please make the outside of them soft and velvety like these are. I do like that on these cushions.so do my pups.
