My dogs look forward to these each night
I give these to two of my pooches as their bedtime treat. They love them and it is good for their teeth. One dog is a one year- old youngster with all of his teeth in pretty good shape. The other is my 12 year-old rescue who had 20+ teeth removed last year. These are approved by the VOHC (like the ADA but for pet dental products) for tartar control. The two things I ding these on are that they are for tartar only (VOHC has products approved for tartar and plaque) and the mini size is still 25 calories/treat which is a big portion of a small dog’s treat allotment.

I switched to these dental chews because both it’s impossible to brush both of my dogs’ teeth. We were using another product, but my vet recommended one that’s Veterinary Oral Health Council approved, and these came up first. Affordable, loved and the vet gives a thumbs up on plaque each checkup.
