Great Product Keeps 22 pound dog cool. Great affordable option
First let me say these cooling beds-products wonât work if let in the sun (as the directions state). I even have one in my truck and I keep it covered by a large piece of cardboard or small blanket to prevent the sunâs rays or hot temp.These def work. I suggest getting larger than u need becuz as ur pet lays on it their body heat gets warmer over time underneath them. Having extra room lets them move and resettle to another cooler spot.This product is very good for the price. The only thing that cld make it better is if they added a tiny plug & cap that wld allow air to be removed instead of having it spill out of the water plug. The less air the more contact ur pet will have on the waterbed – keeping them more cool.

Mat felt coolish
This may felt like it had some cooking effect but my cat was not interested in sitting on it at all and he loves trying all new things I give him to sit on and in. This was no for him and I thought he would like it because he does not like being overheated. Sorry to say my feline friend was not a fan.

Long haired dog
I have a Japanese Chin (she has long hair) and gets really hot in the summer and canât rest in one spot for very long. These were recommended to me so I bought 2. She loves sleeping on them on the floor and in her kennel. When I wash them, I shake them out and hang them to dry. I will repurchase if I need more.

i really wanted to like it 🙁
i have a husky and a rough collie and with their hot fur i decided to get this for after walks, when my dogs like something they usally almost always lie on it but they didnât really always lay on it , its not thick and it claims to not slip around but it slips around when they stand on it or lay on it. it also was not as cool as expected. you get what you pay for it.however i do put it in my rough collies kennel under her bed.the length is great but i wish it was a bit wider.

Cats LOVE it
I have 2 kittens and one of them definitely prefers to be cool. We recently had a premature heatwave (coupled with me being on the second floor) and you could tell it took its toll on him, so I wanted to get something to help him stay cooler. I went with this one and I’m glad I did. Both of them absolutely love it! So much so that they’re always trying to steal it from the other or get mad when the other’s already on it. They also love to play with it, bunching it up and just being too cute. Needless to say, I have already ordered a second one. I do kind of wish there was better pattern choices though so I could have gotten different ones.

Nothing cooling about this mat.
This mat is very deceptive. There is nothing cooling about this mat. It is just fancy cotton. My cat wouldn’t even lay on it. He laid on the hot concrete instead.
