Penny loves her new seat belt
I like how easy it is to install, and Penny likes that it gives her a little room to move around the back seat, but not so much room that she falls off the seat – not to mention that it’s her favorite color. For some unknown reason, Penny shows a definite liking of the color pink.

The quality and strength of the seatbelt is great; my dog has tested its security several times and it has held up. It buckled into the seatbelt in one car but I had to rig it to fit at the headrest in another. The length still allows a bit more range than Iâd prefer (dog pop through onto console). Satisfied with the function, security, and durability.

Sadly, this did not work for us. I tried it in every buckle, but my dog came loose just by moving around. Iâm guessing heâs just too big and strong for this type of restraint. Heâs an 80 pound golden retriever. We ended up getting something similar that hooks into the car seat anchors instead.
