Got this to help my dog move around and take up and down stairs while he was recovering from ACL surgery. You don’t want to have to pay for that twice. To my surprise, my dog was completely relaxed when in the sling. It does a great job of securely keeping my dog in place and the shoulder strap makes it easy to pick up and put down the dog.My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a better shoulder pad on the shoulder strap. It can dig in a bit if you have a heavy dog. My dog weighs 60lb. Yes, I need to get him down a bit for his size. I’m working on that.

This has been a life saver for our Great Dane and us!
Our 10yr old Great Dane all of the sudden could barely get up on his own, walk, or stand to relieve himself. This happened over the weekend and while waiting to get him in we ordered one of these. It allowed us to help him get up without hurting him by trying to awkwardly pick him up and it also helped us stabilize him while he was standing to eat/drink and go to the bathroom. Now he is going into the vet several times a week for therapy and it has been an invaluable tool for safely getting him in and out of the car and it works great for the clinic staff to walk him into the clinic and do his therapy. It’s also still a great tool for those days where he is a little weaker, stiff, or in pain and still benefits from our help. It’s a loose fit but that works great for him because it is loose but still secure and he wears it pretty much all the time. I’m sure that without this sling me and my husbands back would be so much worse from all the awkward lifting of our big guy (140 pounds). It also allows me to do a lot of the physical help he needs on my own when my husband is unavailable despite weighing less than him and being pretty short. This has been such a game changer during such a rough, stressful and challenging time. To us it’s a life saver, back saver, and much much more. Thank you so much for making this product!

Worth every penny
I have a 80 lbs dog with Hip dysplasia and live on a second floor unit. Stairs were causing her no end of pain, and I’d resolved to fireman carrying her up the stairs twice a day for the rest of her life. Then I ran across this harness.This product is a freaking godsend. It’s a little tricky to put on the first couple of times, there’s a few straps and they secure in a lot of different places (also if your dog fidgets a lot, it’ll take more time), but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to put on, easy to use, and lifting your dog is as easy as standing up. The harness is comfortable on your dog, and on you.Taking the old girl out for a walk may require some setup as I strap her into the harness, but it’s saved both of us a lot of pain. This is worth every penny.

El producto es de excelente calidad, compré el mediano para mi perrito shih tzu que ya es viejito, lo necesito porque ya tiene problemas de articulaciones y quiero evitar lastimarlo al cargarlo. Al principio me costó un poco colocarselo porque es muy inquieto, pero ya con la práctica y ajustando las correas a su tamaño ya se me hizo muy fácil poner y quitar, la tela es suave y no lastima su piel, además es súper seguro. Ich benutze dieses Hundetragegeschirr zum Transport eines mittleren Hundes vom Erdgeschoß in den ersten Stock. Der Hund wiegt ca. 20kg und dies ist die einzige mir bekannte Möglichkeit dafür. Die Konstruktion wirkt sehr durchdacht, handlich und nützlich. Einzig die Ausführung der Karabiner ist sehr kurz geraten und das Ein- und Aushängen etwas schwierig. Generell bin ich mit dem Produkt mit kleinen Abstrichten (Karabiner, obere Haltegurte nur Klettverschlüsse) sehr zufrieden.
