Incredible! Is it magic?
Ok, let me start by saying I was very skeptical, but decided to give it a try, because at this point, Iâll literally try anything. It all started this spring when I decided to xeriscape my yard. After way too much squatting, I found that my hip really hurt. I chocked it up to just being over worked, and figured it would get better in a few days of rest. Fast forward to September, and the pain is still there; sometimes unbearable and difficult to walk or sit for too long. Backup about a month, and I thought adding in some regular exercise would help with my mobility. Well, I overdid it with the Zumba and deep stretching yoga poses, and I tore the meniscus in my knee. Same knee as my hip, so the right side of my body has really been hit hard. For perspective, Iâm a 50 year old person who is probably trying to move like a 20 year old, but Iâll do anything to avoid surgery. Ok, now that the background is out of the way, fast forward back to today. I ordered this unit last night out of desperation, and was delighted to see that it had free overnight delivery. It showed up today, on time. I pulled it out and immediately put it to use. Starting with my hip, I just laid it over my hip area exposing as much of my hip to the light as possible. Did a 20 minute treatment on the NIR+RED setting, and when it was done, I got up and there was NO PAIN!! Ok, is this a placebo affect? Ya know what? I donât care! Iâll take it! Iâve now wrapped my knee and am doing a knee treatment, and all I can hope for is that it will help, even a fraction of what my hip felt like when done. I plan to do this a couple times per day, but if itâs anything like what it did for my hip on the very first treatment, Iâm sold!Itâs comfortable, easy to use, and the heat is an added bonus. Itâs high quality and extremely versatile, because itâs big enough to treat any area of the body with ease. I was off put at first thinking that the NIR setting wasnât working because I couldnât see any light being emitted, but had to remind myself that the human eye canât see infrared light, so donât send it back thinking that the NIR setting isnât working. I found that the price was great compared to other units, so this is a real value for the money. Overall, if I keep getting the results that I got with one single treatment, this is GOD SENT. Give it a try!

Highly recommended light.
This was recommended by my chiropractor. I use it all over my body wherever I have aches and pains. I really like it and wanted it big enough to cover the length of my IT band, my hips, back and butt. Works great for pain relief and the price point was reasonable. Easy to use as well.

DO NOT BUY
Well unfortunately, I bought TWO of the red light therapy belts. The red light belt does NOT work unless itâs plugged in to electric so IT IS IN NO WAY cordless NOR does it connect to the app whatsoever so I have no clue what setting itâs on or anything when itâs plugged in. Doesnât say in any manual either. I couldnât even use the chat in the app. Kept giving me an error message. Sadly I bought TWO of these belts – one for me and one for my mother – that was a mistake and we were both really disappointed. I would not recommend at all.
