Our cat calming spray uses pheromones that mimic those naturally produced by cats, creating a sense of safety and relaxation. This helps create a calming enviornment by telling your cat, “we like this object, let’s leave it alone.” The cat calming spray is ideal for spot treatment, handling environmental changes, and calming cats in travel carriers. Cats can be sensitive to changes in their environment or routine, which may lead to stress-related behaviors like scratching furniture or marking outside the litter box.

Smelly at first but it actually works
I have always seen “anti cat scratch/urinate” spray as gimmicky and ineffective. I purchased this out of desperation and part of a full setup for a last ditch effort to stop my cat from spraying on my sofa, fully expecting to return it because it didn’t work. For context, he’s fixed. We have plenty of food dishes down at all times and litter boxes, but my other cat is very territorial and quite a bully. She actively blocks him from resources, so he started spraying, likely due to stress. This spray, combined with a hormone diffuser and hormone collars, has been the only thing that has ever had any effect on their behavior. They actively avoid everything I spray with it. I haven’t seen either of them so much as sit on the couch since I liberally applied this spray. I’ve used it on other items like my bean bag chair and office chairs to help keep him from being tempted to spray those. To my surprise, it has worked wonders. It’s been a week since I started using it and not one of the cats has set foot on anything I’ve applied this to. They also seem much calmer and friendlier with each other.I’m hoping in time they’ll be friends, but until then, this has saved my couch and other furniture for the moment.Only downsides are that it stinks at first and it’s kind of expensive for a small bottle. But the smell fades fast and you don’t notice it afterwards. I’ve applied it every day since I got it, as per the instructions, and I have to say I’m happy to have been proven wrong.

I had my doubts but this works!
We adopted a senior cat with a mostly unknown background, and she came with a few weird habits. Most of her quirks are acceptable, but she was marking our couch and one of our upholstered chairs with urine, and that was NOT okay. Since using this spray, there hasn’t been one incident. I doubted it was going to work but we were desperate. The first couple of times I used it, I think I got too close to the spray and inhaled some of it accidentally, and it bothered me for a few minutes (mostly, for some reason, in my throat). The smell goes away almost right away. Now when I spray it, I stand back a little. This stuff solved a very big problem for us. I love it when something actually works as advertised.

    Taming 4 indoor cats
So due to an unfortunate situation, I’ve had to move from my home and wait in one room with all 4 of my cats as I wait to move back home. My cats were indoor outdoor cats and this is a definite shock to have to go indoors in such close quarters. At night the males will still meow and scratch but in general there is very little fighting. There is NO spraying and they only scratch at the door a little. I think this spray and diffuser is helping keep 2 females and 2 males calm and generally quiet in an unfortunate situation.

    Interesting product
Unfortunately this product created more stress for my furbaby. Although I have heard some cats don’t respond well. My furbaby actually became aggressive (boy Persian). I put it away and will try again another time in the future. I purchased because I travel globally and thought it may help with anxiety caused by a stranger coming into my home to feed them (my pet nanny). My other kitty (boy Persian) did not get aggressive so it’s it’s a toss up. Definitely worth a try to help our furbabies with anxiety. Honestly I may have plugged in too many in my home.

    wonderful product
Works great. The diffusers are even better as they last longer. I can tell when they run out just by looking at my cat’s behavior. Very helpful when you board them.

Great for calming down agressive cats
I have three cats that sometimes get aggressive towards each other. I spray a little on my hand then wipe it on their face and front paws and they immediately calm down. It lasts long enough for them to get their minds off of each other.

    Not effective
I followed the directions closely. We had our carpets and drapes thoroughly cleaned, laid down clean towels over his preferred spots and hoped the pheromones in this spray would do the trick but this product did nothing to deter or stop him from urinating in his usual spots. Tried repeatedly over the course of a week. No change.

The product works pretty well at home for a neutered male cat who likes to hunt when outside.
The product seems to comfort and calm our cat who is an “outdoor” neutered male. He is a hunter and usually easily stimulated but this product helps him stay calmer in the house.

I was so excited this came today, the sixth day after ordering. Pretty fast for getting to our remote little town. (The seller was amazon itself btw)We are driving 2.5h to the vet tomorrow, with four cats who hate drives, and I only noticed at the last minute that we were nearly out of Feliway! I’m so happy we got it in time! It isn’t magic, but calms them significantly which is way better than not using it.I just don’t quite understand the categories of cat pheromones… is it all the same? I feel like there are at least 2 pheromones involved from the way they market the stuff. This type says it’s anti-scratch but it actually works better for us than the plug-in version that comes in Classic and Multicat, for the purpose of peacekeeping. Plus, with this one, I am spared the paraffin fumes (oh my eyes and sinuses!) and fire risk of using a plug in. Plus, afterwards you have a sturdy little spray bottle. I’m definitely in love with this product!Does it work for its stated purpose, reducing scratching? Yes. I have one very nice antique persian rug, and a couple less precious ones, and a cheap, plain one. I encourage scratching on the cheap rug, and placed it at the main intersection of the home, where a cat naturally wants to place their mark. I mist this product on the nicer three rugs, very sparingly, once a week. We also have scratchers of all types everywhere. Between the designated scratching rug and the sisal posts etc, the cats are happy to stay clear of the persian rug. Now, would the spray work as well if the nice rug were the only surface in the house suitable for scratching, and was in a location that encourages scratching? I’m not sure. Why would you put a cat in such a tough situation anyway? Scratching is essential for a strong back and general good health. Please provide scratching opportunities. But yes, if you give them other options, and use this on your nice couch or rug or whatever, they WILL leave it be. And I know the spray is a crucial part of the plan because sometimes I forget for a couple weeks and then they do scratch the nice rug.I find if I get carried away with how much I use it actually seems to agitate them. Like in 1200 sq ft, I do maybe six squirts. So it lasts quite awhile. And this is a very competitive price. Worth every penny!

We have four cats and they dont always get along. Comfort Zone spray seems to work, or so says my wife. Bought product with an expired coupon, which made me suspicious that the bottle contents had expired. I called the manufacturer and they said this formulation of pheromone does not expire. Lot# was made in 2018 but still good to use. Bottle has no expiry date on it and so I think I believe them. Just letting everyone, so you dont need to waste your time looking into it as well.

Not even two minutes after putting up the Christmas tree, Jimmy the Cat was chewing the pre-hung lights and climbing the tree. I couldn’t keep him away from it. I bought this spray and I can’t believe how well it works. I spray the tree every morning and Jimmy doesn’t go near it the whole day. The directions state to spray each day. Perhaps some of the negative reviews were from people who didn’t realize they need to use the spray daily. I’m so happy. I thought we wouldn’t be able to keep the tree up. Jimmy the Cat would disagree. He just hangs out with his white stuffed critter glaring annoyingly at me. I definitely would recommend this product.
