Works great! I love playing with my cats while at work
My cats are all scared of my robot vacuum but still love this toy. All features work as advertised:Maneuverability: Easy controls but you canât go forward and turn at the same time so not super agile. It has a slow speed which is annoying but makes it safer for petsLaser: Works well and the cats love to play with it. It is low to the ground but there is a risk of hitting the cat in the eye if they press their nose against the robot so caution is needed.Treat dispenser: Also works well. Because of this feature the cats run towards the robot whenever I activate it. Downside is that there are a limited number of treat slots so you have to refill it frequently and it wonât last long if youâre going on vacation.Camera: Not a spectacular camera but good enough. The night vision works very well.Charging dock: Works well, the robot is good at autonomously loading itself. Downside is that my cats will sometimes knock the robot off of the charger.App: Simple, intuitive.

Love it, wish it moved better though
Iâve had it for a couple months now. I love this thing, especially when Iâm away from home. Mostly use it to talk to my cat and give her treats while Iâm away. Sheâs is pretty indifferent to it, but she tolerates it.App is easy to use and install. Not all of the features are well explained, but itâs not hard to figure out with a little tapping around. You can add friends if they create their own free account, and you can manage their access pretty easily. It also reports when theyâve used it so you can tell if someone is currently watching.I definitely recommend using SD video quality unless youâre at home on the same WiFi. HD can get extremely laggy.It finds its charging station very easily as long as thereâs a clear line of sight. It does do some searching if thereâs a couch or something completely blocking it, but it takes a while. It can get stuck if thereâs an obstacle thatâs tall enough for it to see under but not tall enough for it to fit under. Pretty easy to just manually move it to where it can find it though.I can get my cat interested in the laser pointer when I control it manually, but the automated play features arenât quick or interesting enough to get her attention, itâs mostly just a smooth, slow path.I do really wish the movement controls in the app were better. You canât turn and move forward/back at the same time, and when you use it from anywhere not on the same wifi, thereâs a delay, so it can be annoying trying to navigate around. The device isnât incapable of moving and turning at the same time, the automated modes do it fine. Just the controls on the app donât allow it.All in all, itâs definitely worth it if you spend time away from home and wanna be able to interact with your pets.

Fantastic! Great customer service
My cats are obsessed with this thing! That is such a bonus because I wanted the robot so I could drive it around to find them to check on them when we are away, but because they love the laser light so much, they come running when it first turns on!I also have to say that they first one did have some problems and I was worried about what kind of response I would get from the company, but, in fact, they are awesome! They were more responsive than I was, LOL. They gave me suggestions to fix the beeping and when it didn’t work, they offered a free replacement even though it was past 30 days. It turned out to be difficult through Amazon so they refunded my purchase and asked me to return it. They paid for the shipping and they are giving me 25% off my re-purchase.The second robot works perfectly and I am so happy with the product and the service. It’s rare to find that in the way the world works these days. Thank you Pumpkii!!!!

Fun interactive robot
I got this robot so I could play with my cats and give them treats while Iâm away. They love it! The laser is great and my cats really enjoy chasing it. It has 3 different laser settings that will run for like 3-5 mins each or you can manually use the laser to play with your cats. Unfortunately the treat dispensing feature didnât work after the first week, BUT the manufacturer was awesome and they attempted to help me repair the robot. When the repair failed, I was able to return the robot to Amazon and the manufacturer gave me a rebate on the second robot that I purchased to replace the original one with the malfunctioning treat dispenser.

Well, to begin, it cost me to connect it…(Why didn’t they say that you had to press the button for 10 seconds to activate Bluetooth?) But besides that, I LOVE IT, I can record, talk, feed and play with my cat, it’s perfect, 100% recommended if you like to keep an eye on your cat, like me. ð
