Nice book
Nice set up for having two animals. Itâs great if you keep records of all your vet visits. Then thereâs no questions or getting double charged for some thing you may have already done for your pet

Itâs a book
Iâm a bit dissapointed. Itâs way too huge. I wanted something I could put in my purse and have my hands free while holding on to my dog, this is way to big and it doesnât even have pockets to hold paperwork. I dunno not a fan of it

Useful!
This comes really handy, especially this year, since it seem my dogs are very intent in keep me (us) going back to the vetâs office.Thereâs plenty of space to log each visit, with the treatment plan and other useful information.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Book is ok, some typos
I wasnât that impressed with this book and a little thrown off by the typoâs. For instance the word Lyme (as in Lyme disease) is misspelled: Lyne. The word Adenovirus is misspelled: Adnovirus.I would have liked to have seen a grooming page that would have included space to write the does and do nots such as, do not pluck dogs ear hair or another example, do have groomer clean anal glands. You get the picture. A small 2 liner COMMENT section at the bottom of every page would also have been nice. So I will continue my hunt for the perfect health and wellness pet ledger

Useful!!
A great journal that lets you monitor your beloved pet/pets and to document their growth and so forth. I find this very useful and will start use it for my dalmatians.

Not the detailed health record book that I was hoping for.
This record book is missing some vital areas for information. There is no space to record manufacturer or lot numbers for vaccinations. A recommended vaccination schedule would have been nice for reference as well. There is no place to put a photo of your pet that would show markings. There is no area to note address/contact information for the shelter or breeder that your pet came from. There is more space to note weight every two weeks than there is to note medical history. The list goes on.

Great
This is a great record keeping Health book for Dogs or any kind of pet really. It should be really helpful when the vet needs to see what vaccinations your pet has had. And a good record for us to keep. I liked it.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great for a 2 puppy family
This is a great little book full of well thought out material for the owner to record all the fun info on their fur family…

This book is excellent, and is exactly what I was looking for. With this, I was able to record and keep track of all of my puppy’s important appointments, measurements, age, growth, etc. Very, very pleased!
