Works Better Than Plastic Combs
I have been using plastic flea combs to clean around my poodlesâ eyes and although they do the job, these are much better. They go through the fur much easier without pulling and, being metal, should hold up much better. The plastic ones only lasted me several months and it was harder to comb thru the fur. In order for the staining to disappear, you have to use the comb at least every day or every other day but over time, the staining will go away. Itâs the only thing I have found to work on the many white poodles I have owned.

I am so disappointed that I did not get a before and after picture, but I wasnât sure the product was going to work. Itâs actually amazing! My puppy had built up crust in the corner of his eye, and I put a little bit of the solution on a round facial pad, and wiped near his eye where the clumps were. This product immediately broke down the clumps near his eye, and I was able to brush them out with the comb. It was seamless! My pup sat there and allowed me to comb through his fur without flinching or squirming. Thatâs how soft the clump got. I highly recommend this product.

I have never had a puppy that had tear staining until now. I tried cheaper products from pet stores but this is much better and actually softens the crud. BUY THE COMB from the same brand. It works well and my 5 month old puppy doesnât mind my using it on him. You have to use it daily for a while before you see a difference. I like the way it smells. Itâs not overpowering. It just smells clean.

Just like the description says, I use these to remove gunk and tear stains from my dog’s eyes and they work perfectly. They’re also great for removing small mats in your dog’s hair. The fine tooth comb really helps to remove any debris from my dog’s facial hair bc he has a lot of eye gunk and knots by his nose and jawline.

Made My Dog’s Eyes Worse
I got this to use on my maltese who has staining under her eyes & beard. It did help fade the staining, but it made her eyes produce even more gunk then she was before.I gave it 3 stars because it does fade the staining.I took off 2 stars because it made her eyes put out more gunk than before.I’ll try using this on my other maltese’s paws because she licks them & they’re stained.

I love this product!
My dog absolutely hates these combs (she hates anything that touches her fact) but I love them!!! I have been searching for something to remove the crust that hangs out around her eyes. I wipe her face with a wet cloth (which she also hates) and the comb pretty much slides through her hair. It’s also great for combing food out of her hair in between baths.
