Slips and slides
Bought this brace as it looked like with it wrapping around the belly it would stay up better, but it slips and slides when my dog walks , constantly having to reattach the Velcro straps, not sure if itâs too big or if no matter what size it still does the same thing. I believe it helps with her knee , vet said was a possible ccl tear, waiting on radiologist to confirm either way. Decided to get this brace in the meantime to help. Seems to work fine other than the slipping of the staps

Brace works
We have a border collie and as he ages, he sometimes forgets to take it easy at the park. He has had two sport injuries on the same leg. Stained mussel and tenon. He gives little resistance to the soft support. We’ve tried both upper and the lower unit gave him the relief needed. While it helps, we kept him home with only leash walks until he healed which took a few weeks and a soft bed on floor. These can be of some help but I’d not use them without remaining cautious of reinjury because he starts to feel better.

For the life of me, I cannot get this brace to stay on. No matter how tight, it drops off. Don’t waste your money like I did. It is well made.
