Great high value pup treat!
Weâve got a Pomeranian. Heâs very driven by food rewards (and heâs also a bit of a trouble maker who we have to work with frequently). So, naturally, when we look for treats weâre looking for very high quality and healthy stuff. Because heâs small there are many treats that just categorically donât really work, as theyâre too big and present a choking hazard. The flip side of that is that treats that are too small are just devoured with less enjoyment. So we are constantly trying to find high value, healthy treats that are a good size for him. And boy did we find them! This Beg and Barker Jerky hits all the requirements for us (who obviously donât consume them, but probably could lol). Theyâre a fair price, theyâre healthy, theyâre a good size and yet able to easily be torn or cut to be a bit smaller if we needed to do that, and theyâre clearly high quality. And the best part, our Pomeranian loves them!Weâve given Clooney a number of different high value treats over the years, most of which he liked, a few of which he didnât, and a few of which he loved. This Beg and Barker Jerky, as far as we can tell, he absolutely loves. The first time we gave him some he was very excited (as any dog would be getting such an awesome, pure product). But that was just the beginning. From there he got more and more excited about them to the point that now when heâs about to get them heâs either shaking with excitement or behaves himself perfectly (depending on why heâs getting them lol).TLDR; these Beg and Barker Chicken Jerky treats are awesome. Weâll definitely buy them again when we need more and weâll feel good about doing it. Theyâre very high quality – look great, smell great, and if you ask Clooney, taste great. Theyâre also a good value. High value treats can get pretty carried away with what they cost but these are very fair – you get a good amount of high value treats for a reasonable price. Iâd recommend these to anyone looking for a delicious, healthy, high value treat for their dog. Buy with confidence!

Smells awful and very hard
My dog refused to eat this. It smells and is so hard a small dog would have a hard time chewing the treat. I will not even try again to give this to her. I will be asking for my money back. Will go back to Loyall Paws Dog Jerky as my puppy loved this brand.

This was my first time ordering Beg & Barker jerky for my dogs and Iâve got to say, Iâm impressed. First off, we received the product in 1 day, which was awesome. My wife and I are very particular about what we feed our pets. We want their pet treats to be healthy and we were super pleased with the nutritional panel on the chicken jerky: single ingredient, 78% protein, and natural. Very healthy.But did it pass the taste test for our dogs? Weâd say so! Our dogs could not get enough of the product. If left alone, Iâm confident that our dogs would eat the entire bag! We actually are going to start using these as training treats. Our dogs find them irresistible and we have been looking for a treat that we can tear into a bunch of pieces for portion control. This product is great for that.Overall â well worth the money. I noticed that Beg & Barker has other products too. I think we may try the pork jerky next because our dogs REALLY love the smell of bacon. I also noticed that they have a few dog jerky variety packs. Thank you Beg & Barker for your commitment to quality and for caring about what goes into our dogs guts. Itâs nice to find a product without the junk, preservatives, and fillers. We will be back!

My dog likes them, but they don’t smell good, and they are too chunky and dense. I can’t break them or chop them easily, so it’s hard to portion for small dogs. I don’t recommend for small dogs.
