Great pet bed. Worth the money
We bought this bed along with an XL size one. The moment we opened it the animals seemed to know it was for them and came running and kept trying to jump right on it. The cats and dogs were sad when we had to put it away to let it expand fully. It looks nice and is easy to remove the cover and clean when it gets dirty.We bought the Mini since the site mentioned that some smaller animals find the larger ones to hard and we needed a bed for our little Cairn Terrier who has really bad hips. She loved this bed but honestly loves the larger one more. She just has to take her time getting on it.These are definitely the the best quality pet beds we have bought and the animals seem to know this. The beds always have at least one animal on it and normally a few cuddling together on them.I would definitely recommend these beds and the company. They are worth every penny and we plan to buy future pet beds from them.

Waste of money
For it’s price, the included cover should be water resistant. It appears to be comfortable for my dog which is a plus but does anyone know how hard it is to clean dog urine out of memory foam? Big Barker doesn’t, otherwise, they’d include their waterproof cover in this overpriced dog bed or design the included cover to be waterproof. Overall I’m grossly disappointed that this company chooses to sell the waterproof cover separately. I’ll admit, I feel foolish that that this product on chewy.com appears to be sold with the waterproof cover included, I figured it would be on Amazon as well. Shame on me for not adding it to the purchase, but should it even be an option? Thanks for nothing Big Barker. Also disappointed in the lack of precision when it comes to the cover fitting over the “mattress”. It looks like foam pieces were cut to size then glued together haphazardly, making an uneven fit to the cover.

Mixed feelings about this bed
Pros:- It’s definitely made of good quality foam which looks like it will last a while- My bulldog seems to enjoy laying on it- The headrest is a great feature for my dog- Removable cover makes it easy to cleanCons:- The cover that it comes with attracts so much dog hair and drool that it looks disgusting after just one day of useOverall:- The pros are definitely great, but the con is a pretty big one for me- I’m still not convinced that this bed is worth the money. Sure, my dog likes laying on it, but she doesn’t seem to like it any more or less than the $45 bed we got her from Costco.

Good product, too small for 54 pound dog
I had to return the pillow because my dog is 54 pounds and was just too big for the medium pillow. He did walk over to it and laid down but was hanging off. I will be ordering the large.

I purchased this bed for my 25 lb Boston Terrier when she developed sudden neck pain. The vet is not sure if it was a strain or something more, but we treated conservatively. I wanted a comfortable supportive bed for her so she would not have her neck bent in a curled position like is was n her current bed. She needed to remain as quiet as possible, so no more couch or going upstairs for a few weeks.( She had seemed quite comfortable on my air mattress so a supportive mattress of her own was just what I wanted!) . I did research and was impressed by Big Barker’s extremely positive reviews. It was more than I wanted to spend initially, but with the 10 year warranty it made total sense to spend the money up front, rather than buy multiple replacement less expensive beds over the coming yearsWhen I received the bed, it opened up to near normal size from its compressed form and felt very supportive. I also bought the waterproof cover which I immediately put on the bed. After putting on the microfiber cover, I put her fuzzy blanket on top, and she was on the bed in less than a minute. She likes to rest her head on the “pillow” part of the bed and sleeps there very comfortably. Although I think she wishes I was able to lay down beside her too! The bed is very comfortable, and when I did lay on it, I could not feel the floor and the mattress bounced back into original position when I got off.She seems much better on her medications which she will stay on for the next few weeks, but I am confident that with activity restriction and sleeping on her new Big Barker, she will have the best outcome. Also she is 6 years old this March, so it’s time to start protecting her other joints too. I am very happy with this product and Im sure Liza is too. Thanks Big Barker for a quality mattress for my little girl.

My dog loves it!
I shopped for weeks for the perfect bed for my dog, an 11-month-old, 40 lb. Blue Heeler that loves to sprawl out. After lots of research, I decided on the Big Barker Mini. As you can see, my dog Isla is very happy with my choice! It’s the perfect size for her, and apparently very comfortable because she chooses it over the couch every time. I love that the Big Barker Mini has a 10-year guarantee and it’s made in America. Highly recommended!

Had to return. Nice beds but dogs hated them.
I personally thought the beds were nice, but my dogs refused to lay on them, even after I tried washing the covers and putting their blankets over them. We tried it for a week, but they would go lay on the rug or crawl into our decorative bed pillows at night rather than lay on these. Maybe it was just my dogs’ taste. I really really was excited about them but they were too expensive to sit there unused. Returned them unfortunately.
