Lasting Pain Relief
These lidocaine patches are wonderful. They last all night, and I wake up without feeling hip and/or shoulder pain. I’ve bought them several times, and they never disappoint. I often cut them in half if I have pain in more than one area. Sometimes, they don’t stick as well depending on where I place them, if I’m lying down, or if I am sweating a lot. This is easily remedied by strategically placing them under my underwear, or by using medical tape. This is particularly useful in places like the knee. There are 15 in a pack, which is more than most brands have. Their price is lower than most brands, and they work just as well. Definitely a great value. I highly recommend them.

Great lidocaine patches for a great price
Like most lidocaine patches, these are a medicated gel coating on stretchy fabric. They stick well, but do not irritate my sensitive skin. The cool gel helps with my pain immediately and the lidocaine starts working a few minutes to half an hour later. It lasts for twelve hours, and the adhesive keeps the patch in place that whole time. I even use them on the bottoms of my feet and can carefully walk around in socks and shoes without displacing them. I do make sure to cover them with pajamas or socks when sleeping to make sure I don’t rub them off on my sheets. They’re not hard to use, but also not the easiest. The individual foil pouches must be cut open. Their plastic backing is split in the middle to make it easier to peel and allow you to remove half the backing and partially apply the patch before removing the rest. Because the fabric is so flexible and stretchy, the patch is very likely to end up stuck to itself if you remove the whole backing at once, but it’s easy enough to fix and still works just as well. The fabric is so stretchy that you can shape it to better fit your contours, including stretching it to eight inches long. It’s about average in thickness, with a felt-like texture.

Great product and value
The patch is very sticky. Itâs durable. It stays on overnight and withstands my moms tossing and turning, AND removing them doesnât damage her thin delicate skin like the others do, from being replaced twice a day.Itâs been great because itâs sticks to the skin better than the more expensive patches. Its easy to use, I cut each patch in half to use on her shoulders twice a day and it can gum up the scissors because itâs so sticky, but having it stick to her skin and stay put without the edges rolling up is worth it. Definitely a good value.Iâm glad I gave it a try since we fly through these things. I didnât tell her I got a new brand and she hasnât noticed. She also thought it fell off because she didnât feel it on her shoulder. Thatâs all the feedback I need from her.

These worked as well as others I’ve tried, and were less money
This product is good for pain reduction. When I found out you have to buy it over the counter now rather than having a prescription like in the past, I looked on amazon, and they had these with a high rating and a low price. They say they last “up to 12 hours”. That was not my experience. It was more like 6 or 7 hours. After that they begin to feel irritating, since they are stuck to your body but not relieving pain. I just took it off then. In the hospital, they had me 12 hours on to 12 hours off, so I gave myself a break between uses.

Not as strong
Used salon spa then tried these. I donât think it was a brand thing as the name brands all have lidocaine. Made sure this had the same exact ingredients and percentage. However, it didnât stay on we. It bunched up, rolled up and didnât stay flat. It didnât relieve pain as fast, although it did relive the pain. It is VERY sticky and difficult to place with one hand. There is not much smell at all. And I noticed little cooling feeling. Those two may because lidocaine doesnât have a smell or cooling feeling. Thatâs more of a menthol thing. So, they were ok but generally felt they were cheap and werenât working as well.

Great for my back pain
These are 4% lidocaine where prescription patches are 5%, and my insurance wont cover those. These are cheap and work quite well. I doubt the added 1% would make all that much difference.

Excellent. Equal in quality, stick, and size to Aspercreme Lidocaine patch at a better price.
Good size. It sticks good to skin. It is less likely to fall off. The quality is equal to Aspercreme. Amazon Basics are once again a great choice.

Difficult to place in hard to reach areas and not effective
I bought these to find some relief from a skin nerve issues between my shoulder blades. Needless to say the patch is impossible to place when you donât have help. They are very sticky and floppy once you remove the backing. So I took the one I opened and decided to place it around my forearm to then see if there would any pain relief sensation. I thought these would provide a surface impact – ie the outermost layer of skin would feel lightly numb. Not so. Absolutely no pain relief in that aspect. That said, the pad is soothing – itâs cooling feeling and when wrapped around something stays in place well. I think it might rub off if placed on a flat area with clothes rubbing over it. I think I would have liked them somewhat if I could place them myself – they may not provide nerve pain relief but they are cooling and provide protection.
