This is my favorite heating pad for my tarantulas itâs easy to stick on and use, good thick quality, and has never gotten to hot to cause issues such as melt or glass cracking. Also works on acrylic enclosures with no melting

Cheap, easy to set up, perfect for my leopard gecko
Easy to stick underneath the tank, I keep it on at night to feel like she wonât get cold as we approach winter. She loves it and I wish I got it sooner. Does not have a thermometer but you can feel the temp yourself easily and plug/unplug at certain times for desired heat. I noticed she will âadjustâ the heat herself and lay fully or partially on it. The wire from the picture is the heating pad! Was able to put it on myself but I recommend if your tank is any bigger than mine (20 gal) get some help lifting and carrying your critter.

Doesn’t hold it’s temp well
I do like this product, however, once stuck to glass it’s pretty much permanent. Make sure you are solid on your placement decision. Also, it keeps letting heat drop about 10 to 15 degrees lower before kicking back on. Seems to struggle and take forever to get to set temp. I purchased for frog tank and set to 85 (more than needed) and it really never gets higher than 83. Ambient temp in tank is about 72. So unless my frog sticks himself directly to the glass with the heater— it’s chillier than he would like. I do not run an air conditioner right now. It’s snowing outside. Room temp outside tank is 70-72. Which means it doesn’t radiate heat much.

I got a larger tank for my hermit crabs and my small heating pad wasnât gonna work anymore so I got this heating pad and it seems to be at a great temperature! My hermit crabs are obviously loving it as I keep getting more and more stuff for them everyday now to upgrade their new enclosure! Iâd recommend!

Adhesive was okay but not great
I really wanted to love this product. There were so many great things about it. We had it for almost a full year and never had any problems with the actual heating. We had it on a timer and was on 12hrs a day. It worked great.My biggest complaint was the adhesive. Within a couple days of applying it, parts of the outer edge peeled off. The rest of the pad stayed in place for the rest of the year. We never took it off, moved it, or anything. We just left the outer edge peeling off. It never got worse than what happened initially. Occasionally I would go and press it back on and it would stay for a few days and then those same portions would peel off again.So overall it was fine and served our purposes. The entire thing didnât stay adhered, but it never shifted enough to cause problems. And the heating worked really well

Works great for the price
It’s doing a nice job keeping the tank at a mid 70’s temp range.It does not have a thermostat setting but it’s great for small tanks, especially for the price.The adhesive side is holding great.I can’t really complain especially for the price.Great pickup for what we needed it for!

I needed a smaller sized heating pad for seedlings, and this is working great, I followed the instructions, and I have double checked the temperature with another sensor and it’s spot on and working great! The temperature control module is wonderful, read the instructions and you won’t have an issue controlling the temperature or changing between C or F.

Easy to stick on, and it came with little plastic nubs to put on the corners of the tank to raise it up off the surface. I have had it plugged in for two weeks now, and have had absolutely no troubles! It stays at the same consistent temperature.

I purchased this combo for a ball python terarium with coconut husk substrate. Cleaned under the tank with 99% iso alchohol dried it off and attached the heat pad. Take your time going over the pad you will see a color change to grey when it really bonds to the glass when looking inside the tank. I installed the probe down the corner of the tank and belowe the substrate woth scotch tape to prevent it from moving and also to get am accurate reading from the glass and not just above the substrate as they tend to burrow when coiling in their hide. I have a 50 gal tank other pets may benefot from a larger pad with a tak this size how ever i was just trying to heek the hot side hide at 90 which is where ball pythons typicaly spend their time is in them. Happy with the product. You will hear a kind of loud click when it turns on to adjust temp which some people may find annoying however I like the sound as it tells me these system is functioning properly I had previously had a Zoo Med pad without a regulator which lasted years but unfortunately the tank got moved there was not adequate ventilation and the pad overheated shorted out and caused a minor burn to my snake hearing it click on lets me know everything is functioning properly.

Cheaper than what was available in my local store an works just fin. It would be nice to have a temp adjustment, but in all honesty, since I installed it, my tank is holding the exact temp it needs to be.
