Relieved sprain
Fits my JRT mix perfect and allows her to take her daily walk without limping. She rarely needs it now, but doesn’t fuss when it is being put on her.

Good brace
This worked well for my 14lb yorkie at first. He wore a small and it fit him great. But after about a month, the Velcro started wearing and it would fall off or be very loose. I didn’t leave it on him except for long walks so a bit disappointed. If you don’t mind replacing often it’s a good brace.

Initially I wished it were larger and covered more of his leg. After about a month, I raised my rating from four to five stars. I have started affixing the Velcro tighter above and below the hock (what looks like our elbow) and it works much better. His hock had started bending the wrong way. Using this I have been able to train it to bend slightly the correct way. And I believe it adds to stability and relieves some of his leg pain. I just bought a second one. I keep it on him from the time he gets up until the time he goes to bed. It seems to have helped him walk further too. I do adjust/tighten it a couple it times a day. But small price to pay for the improvement of the quality of his life.

Great Leg Brace
This brace is simple, effective and affordable. Our dog started putting her foot on the ground instead or walking on her tiptoe for a partially torn ACL. It stays on all day and is well constructed with heavy duty Velcro. Easy on in the morning and easy off at night, which is helpful as she will most likely have to wear it for a number of months a ligaments take time to heal. Very happy with item and recommend to others.FOLLOWUP: The leg brace along with anti-inflammatories from the vet did heal our dog. After about 3-months the Velcro would no longer stick and the brace would fall off the dog’s leg however, it did last long enough to heal the dog. Occasionally, when she plays with the other dog she will start to tiptoe again and we will use the brace again for a week or so till she is OK. Because the brace is so reasonable, we purchased a second brace to use when needed. I would highly recommend this product.

Buy! They work! So durable and fit!
Amazing! Buy now! Total game-changer for my dog that had a vestibular episode the beginning of December and it has caused more weakness and shaking in her back legs. Morso on her left hind leg. I had no idea that something like this was so readily available and affordable. She is 16 years old and a boxer- husky mix but only 68 lbs that she carries more up in her chest and neck. But I would recommend buying a pair so their on both either back legs or front legs. Has given her so much more confidence on walks, stairs, running around in the yard. And, gives us as owners the feeling their safer and stable. Think of it like when we wear an elbow brace or a wrist or knee brace when you play sports/activities for added support and/or past injuries. Helps our pups the same way. And I will also say to buy these at the first sign of any pain or weakness or shaking they have in their legs. We take them on and off her all day for walks in the stairs and the velcro is still super strong and they do not stretch out. Even hand washed and air dried numerous times and still great. Definitely buying many more to have on hand because she is active daily and she also looks adorable and sporty in them.

Good fit but needs constant adjustment
We’ve been using this for several months now on our lab’s hind leg so he could have additional knee support. When we first tried it, it provided firm support and we had no issues. Over a short time, however, the velcro wore out (at an alarming rate!) and is no longer able to provide a firm hold or any kind of compression.I’ve kept it clean and free of dog hair so the velcro could have a solid hold. That doesn’t seem to make a difference. Our dog can’t run with it on, so it’s problems aren’t related to the type of activity. This has only been used for moderate/slow paced walks in our neighborhood.We’ve not used the brace every day (about 2-3 times a week since March 2018). It now comes loose and nearly falls off! I feel like it should last longer than the summer with intermittent use, but maybe that’s asking too much at this price point.Caveat emptor indeed.

I purchased this brace at the end of May for my dog who ruptured her left hind cruciate ligament. The vet said he would not operate (only way to fix according to him) as she is too old (17 years). This brace has performed miracles! Before this brace she limped, could not walk up and down stairs and would fall flat on her little face. After five weeks she can now run, walks up and down 3-4 stairs and is constantly trying to do the things she did before her injury. She is now a happy old girl who still thinks she’s a puppy. I highly recommend this brace-worth its weight in gold!
