Works good for a few hours
My mom has MS and this helps her when out in heat. It lasts for about 2 hours before she starts to get over heated and needs to go back in. She loses the ability to walk if she is in the hot humidity long

Very unusual and confusing product
I have not yet used this, because the instructions are so confusing. One is supposed to fill the packs with water, but there is no seal to the pack, so will it not run all over when it thaws? I need this tomorrow, so will try it.
