Too Dark
My dog is an expert puzzler and loves every puzzle toy she has encountered. Until now. The plastic area where the treats sit is way too dark. While I am sure she could smell them, she wasnât able to see them and lost interest in the toy quickly. She is 6 and does not have any vision issues. If the manufacturer would make these with clear plastic, it would be so much better !

This piece didnât work well for me because the two pieces fell open almost every time I used it. Before it came apart, my dog did enjoy following it around as it spit out pieces of kibble. The sizes of the holes vary and for my dog’s food, I actually needed the holes to be a bit bigger but found snacks that fit the size so it wasnât a waste. I think they have to go back to the drawing board on design though because if it doesnât stay together, itâs not a reliable feeder.I have a medium-sized 40 lb dog and it was a good size for him. He was able to pick it up with his teeth and carry it around the kitchen (which he just loves).

Fun toy
My dog loves this toy, and it keeps her busy for quite a while. It is very sturdy (throw it on concrete and it doesn’t break). It is easy to use. Would recommend!

Bit Too Large for an Average Cat
We have an oversized, tall and long 16 pound feral tomcat rescue, but this is oversized even for our biggest boy! That fin is a problem and it isn’t removable. Dogs will shake it. A cat would never stoop so low.However, he uses it. He’s annoyed as all get out that he has to work for his food, but he keeps going back to it again and again, determined to get his yummies out of that confounded treat withholder!I think this is better sized for a dog than a cat but if it makes him work for it, that’s good, too.

Pops apart
We have a similar name brand toy that my dogs are OBSESSED with. So I jumped on the chance to get this one with a slightly different design thinking they would love it too. And they did. The problem is that after a few minutes of being flipped and bounced around by the dogs, it pops apart. I have tried everything and I just can’t make it stay together which defeats the purpose of the toy unfortunately.

Can’t Praise This Slow Feeder Enough!
I was skeptical of this feeder but my dog took to it really fast. We watch him to make sure he doesn’t try to chew it, but honestly him trying to chew it actually works well. He picks it up to move it around and as he walks off it starts dropping kibble and then he stops to eat it. He’s also able to use it laying down, which is good as he has elbow dysplasia. I’m including a video to show how he uses it laying down.I love this so much I’m getting another one for my other dog. Great way to change up the dinner routine, or as a snack to keep him occupied and mentally stimulated.
