Paid premium price, it came late and did not come with listed accessories, very disappointing now I have to purchase more items for my trip

Did not receive the extra accessories. It came just the kennels
The kennels are fine quality, we mainly purchased because it was a bundle with kennels, bags for kennels, bowls, and litter box…. we needed them for cross country move with the cats. Ended up buying all accessories from pet store because it was urgent.

Sturdy frame and hold their shape well
The pair is rather narrow, but still will hold a large cat comfortable. I picked up a similar one several months ago that my 18# tom cat took over. I have it set up on the ledge of a bay window at the front of our house so he thinks it’s his window view of his world 🙂 This set works well for his house mate who is a much smaller girl at just half his weight. There is a heated pad that I just picked up also that fits the base of this set as if it were designed for it. So ‘baby girl’ gets the heated space and she loves it.This is a solid set and perfect for travel if you have a pair of small pets.I’m impressed with how stable they are once you get the framed sides zipped into place. The ‘roof’ doesn’t bend when something fairly heavy is set upon it which is nice.
