Well constructed, easy to assemble
The pieces zip together. My 21 pound cat with mobility issues gets up them with no problem. The storage is nice. Seems flimsy at first, but actually no problem once the 3 steps are zipped together.

Works well for most
I have 3 cats and 2 of them use this. The 3rd is very heavy and she does not use them, itâs not sturdy enough for her.I put the stairs under a window and put a padded cube against it and so itâs more secure and 2 kitties use it. I like the extra storage and this looks nice in the room.

Great staircase, unclear listing details
I recently bought a second one of these pet staircases because I and my dog loved the first one so much! This adds a good amount of extra storage and allows my dog to have the freedom to go as she pleases.My only disappointment is due to the unclear listing details â since the last time I bought this, the placement of the largest stepâs opening had changed (if you were looking at the opening straight on, it used to be on the left, and now it’s on the right) and the velcro became zippers, neither of which was stated in the listing at the time of buying. (The pictures show both the new and old versions so it was unclear which one was correct.)Luckily, I could use the staircase in either direction but it would have been good for that to be listed. Otherwise, definitely recommend!

Worth it.
My elderly cat has hip pain and he was so happy once I set these stairs up. He used them immediately and is quite satisfied. My two young cats did manage to knock off the lid of the top step while romping around once – but it scared them so bad I don’t think they’ll do it again.

I love it….
…and my cats love it. I got this specifically for my one kitty who is pictured here who can’t jump up into the window because of a problem she had when she was a kitten (but both of my cats love it). I have to have steps for her everywhere now so she can get where she needs to go. She absolutely LOVES these. She loves the little cubby, and loves to be able to get to the window in my room and look out. The little cushioned “seat” (the third step) is perfect for her! I also love having the storage areas in the last two steps to put their little things.

Collapsed under weight of dogs.
This product is not really very good for stairs for dogs considering one of my dogs is 7 pounds and the product wobbles so much under their weight that they are afraid to step on it. You have to fill this thing up with something heavy to use it. It was a little disappointed because I thought this looked like our solution for our small dogs in the tall bed, but I found another better solution. Please do make good boxes to store stuff in in the closet though so not a total loss.
