Before I begin my review – please note that to use this in the car, you need a new cigarette lighter charger! This pad takes power, so you need a powerful adapter to provide the juice for it. At least 20 watts as is the included plug in adapter.I love this heating pad. It gets as hot as my regular, wired hearing pads. But because it does not have wires in the part you sit on, it is half as heavy as wired. Also rolls up to be about half the size because of no wires. Since I take a heating pad everywhere with me, this is incredible. I’m also looking to buy a battery to use it where I can’t get to power. Oh, it is not large. Be sure you understand the size. Great size, I think, for most people though.Now, my first one failed after 10 days. I was very disappointed. Both the cable and the block failed. I switched them out to figure it out. All electronics have a higher “infant mortality rate”, they tend to fail when first new. But once past 30 days or so, electronics tend to last a long time.The company replaced it right away, no problem. I will update this review in a few months to see how it lasts. Toes and fingers crossed, as this pad is perfect!

Piece of crap!
Ordered this for a upcoming trip in which I will be on the airplane for 14 1/2 hours. This however has to be plugged in, not all airplanes have plugs! I was luckily on one that had a regular plug but it wouldn’t turn on! Then I finally am at our Airbnb and because we are traveling in New Zealand we have to use the adapter plug, again your piece of crap heating pad is not working ! So now here I am stranded with no way to relieve my back! You will be hearing from me once back in the states You owe me reimbursements, not only for the product but also for pain and suffering on my trip!

good size, strange heat pattern – some sections get hotter than others…
it gets nice and hot, thats for sure– but it seems like its the opposite side that you want the heat on… The usb is sturdy enough I suppose, but you do have to be careful not to put too much weight on it – since it is a small input area and definitely could bend and break like any other usb input. It is the perfect size for me to put it on my shoulder blade and then over my shoulder, and depending on where it hurts, to put it over the right side of my shoulder or closer to the neck — I used to get trigger point injections in my back and neck to help with migraines, and since my insurance wont cover those anymore, I use this– and it works out pretty well for now…

I ordered the Topfeel heating pad to see if it would help me with my lower back and leg pains after I herniated a disk in my lower back. I already had a heating pad that I have been using on my bed, but I wanted one I could use and leave in my recliner where I spent most of my time ever since I injured my back. I had been waiting weeks to get into a specialist and to receive treatment and this heating pad really helped me tolerate the pain I was in across my lower back, my glutes, and both of my thighs. I had an MRI that showed I had a severe herniation on one of my discs and one of the few things that helps with the pain is heat. This heating pad was very easy to use, light weight, flexible, soft cover, and more convenient than others I have used in the past. It is listed as a 12V and is powered using a USB-C cable that plugs into the pad itself and then the other end is a USB that plugs into a power bank or block like cell phones, tablets, etc. The heating pad has a single large round button to push to turn the pad onoff and can be toggled between three heat settings by toggling through the onoff button. To turn the pad off simply hold the button for several seconds and it turns off. The onoff button on the pad has a lite red ring that indicates the pad is on the high heat setting, when toggled once it changes to blue which is medium heat, and when toggled again it changes to green which indicates the lowest heat setting. I have used this pad for several hours and it has worked very reliably, and I have been very impressed with it.

Doesnt work
It wonât turn on. Just flashes red over and over again when I press the button to turn it on. And this is not mentioned in the manual so I have no idea how to fix it.

Donât work in the car
Bought solely for use in the car and they donât work. I bought three of them, none of them work in the car and Iâve tried two different vehicles. The work being plugged into an outlet just fine and got pretty hot. Will be returning all 3.

This heating pad is a good size to use on just about any body part. I like that it has an auto-shutoff feature and that while it gets quite warm, it doesn’t get dangerously hot. The pad is soft to the touch and the controls are easy to use. The cord is a bit of a limiting factor because it has to be plugged in, but for most applications this isn’t too bad.
