Works great
These stairs work perfect for my German Shepherd to crawl into the back of my large suv. These stiars are very easy to assemble without any tools necessary. They are very lightweight but stable for my dog to walk on. The carpet cover on the steps is the key to my dog not sliding around when trying to use them. She is able to grip and climb these stairs veryeasily. Iâve tried ramps and other stairs that did not work for my dog because they were too unstable or slippery. I would definitely recommend these stairs over all the other products I have tried.

Very sturdy considering it is plastic.
These pet step stairs work great. There are approximately 8 pieces to put together. Unfortunately, the instructions are not accurate in how they describe the letters that are supposed to be on each piece. Each piece has two letters on it (one at each end). This did not match the instructions. However, with a little common sense my wife and I had no problem putting the stairs together. There are no screws or bolts. The pieces go together by using your hands to “hammer” the pieces together. It took us about 12 to 15 minutes to put the stairs together. Only ten minutes if you subtract the time we wasted trying to make sense of the instructions. Once the step stairs are together we tested them by taking the stairs out to our sedan. The top step was almost straight across from our back seat. If you have an SUV the height differential between the top step and the SUV seat would be about 12 to 16 inches. The best news is that the pet steps fit easily into the trunk of my sedan. Our two dogs have no problem using the steps.

Sturdy and as advertised
These are probably the most solid pet stairs I’ve found. Very sturdy; snapped together easily. When assembled the steps tilt forward a bit, which was off-putting to my pup. I put small pieces of wood under the two front corners to levels the steps and she is now fine using them. I have a 65-pound lab and these are solid steps for her.

Sturdy, but middle support does not line up.
I like that these stairs are sturdy, but the middle support pegs do not line up with the holes in the steps. I will keep it and use it anyway because it was a pain to put together and I don’t feel like taking it apart. It will probably work fine for my dog as she is 60 pounds, but if she were a bigger dog, I would return this since the center support for the steps cannot be installed.

Perfect size and stability
I have a pit bull puppy (at a whopping 34 pounds!) with an injured leg in a cast. I needed something wide enough for her to feel secure and that would also feel sturdy to climb. This easily accomplished both. The width and the fact that itâs low to the ground means it doesnât wobble at all. Itâs also a great width, giving her room to grow into it. Lastly, the carpet steps add traction. It was somewhat easy to put together. Only 1 person required. Highly recommended.

Safe, sturdy stairs for a senior dog. Two wide steps.
My senior dog mastered these stairs immediately. She’s Australian shepherd and blue heeler, 58 lbs and has a metal plate in her leg where she ruptured a ligament. These stairs allow her to get into and out of my truck safely for many more walks to enjoy.

Easy to assemble! We’ve had them set next to the bed for over a year and they’re still in fantastic condition. Nice and sturdy, no wobbling when our 60 lbs dog uses them. Our old gal can’t jump up on the bed anymore, so these steps are perfect for her to get up and down easily without risking injury.

I have an old dog who was having difficulty jumping into my SUV.These steps are the perfect height and I know she wonât slip sincethe stairs are carpeted. It took a little coaxing and a few tries butshe is using them now. They are sturdy but not so heavy I canâtlift them. Also they fit nicely in my backseat.I would recommend these steps.

HabÃa estado buscando una rampa para que mi perrita (labrador, bastante alta) pudiera subirse a la camioneta, pero no me convencÃan por la inclinación y el tamaño que ocupaban. Finalmente, luego de leer otros comentarios, me decidà por esta escalera y fue la mejor opción. Funciona para subirla a la cajuela o a los asientos traseros. Tardó muy poco en acostumbrarse. Ocupa poco lugar y se ve resistente. La recomiendo mucho. Una de las mejores compras que he hecho para mi niña.

We’ve been having to lift our 60kg Newfoundland in and out of the car as she suffers from severe arthritis and we’ve tried ramps, but she would not use them. A friend suggested these steps and we have not looked back, after a few attempts we now no longer have to lift the dog in or out of the car. We wish we had considered using these steps a long time ago. The only downside to them is their size, once assembled, that’s it, they do not fold down and cannot be taken apart easily. None the less, these steps have really helped us. Thanks
