Good product but horrible shipping
We love this product in our grooming salon. The last 2 times weâve ordered it from Amazon, however, the lid on the bottle has been loose and there has been a slit in the bottom of the bottle, causing much of the product to leak into the shipping bag and box. So, we have to keep returning and reordering it in hopes Amazon will figure out how to ship it properly.

Forever my favorite dog shampoo!
Over a decade ago, I was working in dog grooming. Puppy Tears by this brand remains my favorite dog shampoo (especially to use on dog faces and heads). Best scent ever for dog shampoo and it really helps get them clean.I was so thrilled to find out I could buy this stuff on Amazon for my personal dogs! This is still my favorite scent for dog shampoo and it still works very nicely! I love the 50:1 dilution because it lasts a long time. Over a week later (and many walks) and my dogs still smell and feel like they just had baths.
