Great supplement
I have been using this supplement for 10 years. Aside from the nutritional benefits, I love the way it thickens when you add water – makes a “gravy” that my dogs love.

It sure seems to be helping.
I’ve used it for years after our groomer suggested it for our thin, long legged golden doodle. He is going on 13 and slowing down but still has his moments. His height and thin build gave him a beautiful and graceful movement. But it also can lead to devastating hip problems. So far so good. He only goes 1-2 miles instead of 5, and once in a while misses a beat as he tries to steal the ball from the others, but he has no pain, and even with all the fatty tumors he is still our beautiful old man. I put one dry scoop on top of the daily feeding of dry food. I also do the same for the younger (4 yr old) dog. It goes a long ways and is lots cheaper than the pills.

A healthy vitamin and mineral supplement that can make a nice gravy on pet food
There are two types of this product. The orginal, gold label and this one, the silver label one with added glucosamine for arthrisis and joint support. I have used this product for more than 20 years with different dogs and breeds. Their coats are nice and my dogs seem to have more movement and agility even into their older years. I even had a cat who loved it on his food.If you feed dry food, add this with water and make a nice gravy. Do follow the instructions to reduce the quanity after the specified time of use, as it will put weight on your dog. Great if the dog is underweight, but most pets (and people) in today’s world have the opposite problemMeasure your dog’s foods including treats. Have regular feeding times (usually 2x a day for an adult dog). Don’t leave food out all day. Graze feeding makes it difficult to regulate weight and to use food for training. It is very important when using this product so that correct weight can be maintained.

Highly Recommend For The Health of Your Dogs
Notice a huge difference in my XL Cane Corso within a few days on this. He was overweight and sluggish. His ability to move, get up off of the floor and his energy all improved for the best. I just sprinkle it on his crunchies add touch of water to make a gravy and he gobbles it down.

Extremely please with this item!
I want to express my gratitude for Nupro Joint Support, which has been a game-changer for my 8 year old 95 lbs German Shepherd’s hips and joints. Unlike my previous experience with Dasuquin, Nupro has shown remarkable results. Dasuquin fell short in delivering the desired improvements, but since switching to Nupro, I’ve witnessed a positive transformation in my dog’s mobility and overall well-being. I highly recommend Nupro Joint Support over Dasuquin for effective joint care. Thank you for providing a product that truly makes a difference!

Packaging delivered damaged
Iâve been using this powder for years now and love the benefits itâs had on my Mal. He loves the taste and will lick the floor if I have spilled any lol. This previous time I received a huge dented item that I tried but couldnât reshape to its normal shape. It barely stays up on its own and luckily I had another old container I transferred it in. As soon as I put half the powder in the regular old container, the dented one fell on the floor. Luckily I had the cap on. It was just a PIA transferring it all into the normal old container because of how loose the powder is. It was starting to get all over my counter until I had to do it so slowly. Other than that, I use this powder twice a day for my dog and loves it.

Great for Working Dogs
I give this to my 5 year old mal as a supplement to regular dry food. I canât speak to pain management as that wasnât an issue prior. Definitely a more lustrous coat. Has helped with dandruff in conjunction with medicated shampoo/regular grooming. I doubt this would be a stand alone solution but it has definitely had an impact on the issue.I mix with water and it always gets a very enthusiastic, vocal, drooly response. Tried to give it to my chihuahua mix, but she rejected it and continued efforts to scavenge empty cat food cans from the trash. Who knows. As far as it containing garlic, vet didnât seem to have concerns and weâve had no GI issues. My understanding is you need a somewhat substantial amount to constitute toxic levels, but do your own research and talk to your own veterinary care providers.

Great supplement for senior dogs, especially GSDs
I love giving this stuff to my 8 y/o german shepherds. Shepherds are notoriously at risk for hip and joint issues so when my guy started getting older I knew I needed to add a supplement to his routine. Glucosamine and liver are the secret sauce to this supplement! It’s such an essential ingredient for joints and the liver taste is very loved by my dog. For my 91-pound shepherd, I give him two scoops. It becomes like gravy when you add water, that is a must! I’ve noticed that my dog limps significantly less. Thanks to this stuff, I haven’t seen him limp in a very long time. If you have a senior dog concerned about hips and joints, this is the stuff you need!
