So helpful for my senior dog
Bought to help my senior dog (85lb aussie/lab mix) into the car more easily since he has pretty severe arthritis in his hind legs and can be quite difficult for me to lift in by myself if he decides to deadweight. Is easy to put on him and he seems to find it comfortable enough. Does completely cover/squish his crotch area so not comfortable for long periods of time, but great for quick uses .

SIZE MATTERS!
I was so excited to get this product for my 18 year old Lab/Dob mix because she has had some recent issues with her hips and back legs within the last month. This product MUST be the right size, if not, it is all over the place. My dogs butt and hips are quite narrow, even though she is a large dog. I measured and then chose the one closest to her and it is not a great fit. She ABSOLUTELY hates this product and to be honest, it doesn’t feel sturdy when I’m trying to walk her. So I would say that this is for dogs who don’t NEED this to depend upon, but for some added support to a dog that doesn’t NEED this product, it should be fine. I am looking to buy a full body support system that not only feels sturdy to me, but also is dependable for her to feel comfortable placing her weight on it. I’m more than disappointed but such is life in the search for the right fit for my old girl.

Works Great!
This harness works great for our GS with hip dyspasia. It takes the pressure off her belly like other straps/harnesses had. It supports her hips so they aren’t jostled around too much since they hurt. With two different points that it lifts from, it is easier for me to lift our 75 lb dog by myself and she doesn’t mind it. It is a little tricky to get the straps around the legs since she cannot stand with her back legs, but we manage just fine. The waist measurements were just right. The handle straps that you hold could use to be a little thicker when lifting a larger dog.

Works Great!
Works great on our 130 LB, 10 year old Rottweiler. Every part is adjustable for a perfect fit and allows him to walk as little or as much as he is able on his back legs without causing him any additional discomfort. The best part is that this has given him his confidence back which in turn has given him his appetite back.

Not true to size.
It was the smallest size they had and still far too big. This would never fit a chihuahua. It’s more sized for heeler. Absolutely of no use to me.

I love that it has leg support as well as belly support. Easy to put on. We did use vet wrap to pad the legs but more because the straps would hang loose not that it needed padding. Super helpful for my dog with an injured disc.

Made better than most
This has a longer body on it which makes it more comfortable on the animal than most of them that are only about the width of a diaper on the animal. I bought it for my sister’s dog, and she said it is working great. One thing I was worried about when I bought it was will it hinder the animal when they are trying to urinate or defecate. It does not hinder the animal at all. My sister said it is much better made than the ones she was looking at. My sister’s dog is around 50 pounds and is a pit bull. I bought the large, and it is the right size with a little room to grow since Wiggles is only about a year old.

Save your money. Bought the XL but it was too small and flimsy for my hefty great dane. A much (much, much) better product for the job is the Help ‘Em Up harness, which I bought directly from the company. Night and day quality difference, and not that much more expensive.

De todos los arneses que probé para ayudar a mi perro a desplazarse / levantarse durante sus últimos dos años este fue el que mejor le funcionó para aguantar mucho más tiempo caminando / parada. Si lo recomiendo solo que sà es importante quitárselo por las noches a la mascota (ya cuando vaya a dormir) para evitar rozaduras y colocarlo de nuevo por la mañana al dÃa siguiente porque sino se lo quitan en dÃas comenzará a molestarla y a irritarle por la sudoración u otros factores… entonces si es un buen producto para los perros que no tienen fuerza en las patas traseras nada más si es importante no dejárselo puesto en todo momento… de igual manera colocar pomada en el vientre de la mascota al retirar el arnés para que se pueda recuperar su piel (debido al uso de este producto) en general es bueno yo lo usé para mi pastor alemán negro que en paz descanse y si le ayude un buen!

Totalmente recomendado. Era justo lo que necesitábamos.Lo compré porque mi perro tuvo rotura de ligamento interno cruzado y menisco, y para caminar por la calle necesitaba una ayudita para no sobrecargar las patas mientras duraba el postoperatorio. También lo usamos antes de la operación pero, para tener muy en cuenta si vuestro perro no puede apoyar todas las patas: si son machos, a la hora de los paseos tendréis que quitárselo porque no es práctico ya que le estorba para orinar. En el caso de las hembras, desconozco si habrÃa que quitárselo para mayor comodidad.En nuestro caso, ya contábamos con el punto anterior y nos apañamos bien para ayudarle en lo que satisfacÃa sus necesidades. Por lo demás, es un buen producto con materiales de calidad y resistente. Nuestro perro pesa 25kgs y lo hemos estado usando desde abril y no hemos notado ningún desgaste. Se le ajustaba perfectamente y se limpia bien tanto con un pañito húmedo como en la lavadora (en casa lo lavábamos con un poco de jabón y un chorrito de vinagre para desinfectar).Espero que os haya resultado útil la reseña.
