Yes
My dog isnât a good rider. He falls every time I stop my car or accelerate. This tether is fantastic. He can still stick his head out of the window. He has learned to really depend on this when I stop, go or go around a curve. No more falling off the seat or banging his head on the dash. Itâs really easy to adjust and stays securely in place. We are both very happy with this purchase.

Not so safe seatbelt
This product is great in theory but unfortunately, at the slightest pull the tongue of the belt comes out of the buckle (which would not do too great in the case of an accident). I thought maybe it was Beth’s (my dog) paw that was hitting the release on the buckle and kept an eye on it but it still got out with a slight pull.The color, fabric, stretchy part and the clip for the harness d-ring were all good (hence the 2 star) but the whole reason for the belt was not up to par.
