Mixed reviews always make me second guess whether or not I should buy the product. Glad I took the chance. It’s perfect!!! Took it out of the package and layed it on the floor. Gerti immediately layed on it and got comfortable. That’s all I needed to see to know I made the right choice!!! Size is perfect, the quality is good and the zipper will make laundering the cover very easy.

My dogs want you to know that they absolutely love their new beds. I had new cabinetry installed in my bedroom with built-in dog kennels. I ordered these beds to fit the expanded kennel space. They fit perfectly and the dogs love them. I love that I can remove the exterior shell and wash it.

Yes, it leaks. Not waterProof & NOW ZIPPER BROKE in washing machine.
I like the bed. It feels comfortable for my senior little girl and she seems to like it.HOWEVER, she soaked it. When I unzipped it to wash, not only was the bed wet, but the fabric protective cover was wet as well as the memory foam.I am giving this 3 stars for this reason.I will put a Real protective waterproof cover around the provided âwaterproofâ slippery fabric cover.But having to do this is quite disappointing.They can do better than this by providing a Real WaterProof case.**** UPDATE*****I sincerely regret to say this, but I just washed this bed for the 2nd time.No problems washing it the first time.But when i opened the washing machine lid, i found the zipper detached from the fabric.Could it have been my machine? Maybe. I dont know.I will not say its a defect from the manufacturer.All I know is, it went in the machine by itself, a slightly used dog bed, as I rotate 3 of them and it came out useless.So disappointed because I Loved this bed.IF theres a SPECIAL way to wash this bed IN THE MACHINE, please let me know if I missed the instructions.I havent even had it 3 months or so. Breaks my heart to be surprised with this.

when it arrived it was in a very small package. as i have brought several previously (not from here) but others online and they arrived quite a bit smaller than expected i was a bit nervous. so i unpacked it shook it out and it just kept expanding lol got the new bed as my golden just had acl surgery and wanted something nice and new for her. she loves it and it is so soft and the colour is also great. will definately recommend this bed. i did get the xl better to be too big than too small
