Good idea in theory
I liked that there were grips on both sides and that there was a Velcro wrap to tighten around the foot. My dog is a 16 pound chihuahua and I ordered the size small. It was too big. My dog is also old. Thatâs why he needed the non slip in his paws. His legs arenât working as well. But when I put these on him and stood him up, he yelped and fell down and struggled to get back up. The socks slipped around on his feet too. They just werenât the right product for him.

My parents dog loves them.
My parents little dog has sensitive paws, and with the heat coming in he really needed something to protect them on walks. These little shoes/socks do the trick and he seems to like them. They have a velcro strap up top to help keep them on his legs and the grippies offer nice traction on slippery tile/wood/vinyl.

While my Dad’s Pom doesn’t love the socks, she runs a lot more and seems to be getting used to them. It was a funny father’s day gift and a great product I can now easily recommend.
