not to difficult not to easy
This is a great treat ball. I have ordered a bunch but this is the one I have ordered two of. One for each of my dogs and we use it daily. Other ones we have bought seem to not let treats out and they get so frustrated they either don’t play with them or break them to get the treats out. OR we get ones where the treats fall out with no effort. This one the dogs push them around with their nose and as it rolls the treats slowly fall out. Highly recommend. I ordered the purple.

Works Great for Apartments
I buy a lot of dog products on amazon and I have to say that this ball is one of the best purchases I made for my dog. Most of the other treat balls are made of hard plastic which can bang loudly on the floor and into walls. I live in an NYC apartment and the banging caused by hard plastic treat toys annoyed the hell out of my downstair neighbors. However, this ball is made of soft plastic and we no longer have to worry about loud banging noises. For that reason alone, I give this treat ball puzzle 5 stars.Yes, it is annoying to put kibble in one at a time and the food does fall out pretty easily, but this toy is cheap, simple, durable, bouncy, bendable, and quiet. The bendable plastic is great for playing fetch with small dogs too, since they can bite into the ball. The positives out weigh the negatives and in my opinion this is the best treat toy I’ve bought on amazon to date.

Perfect way to get finicky dog to eat.
Our four year old cocker spaniel loves it. She has become very difficult about eating her food lately. I purchased a bigger, flatter bowl and then a dog food tray and still she pushes her kibble around and eats some off the floor. I bought a treat ball for her golden retriever brother because he inhales his food so thought it might be a fun, yummy toy for him. He thought it was just a ball and carried around, no rolling to dispense treats. His sister figured it out and happily ate all the kibble that came out. So I decided to buy a second treat ball for her. I found this one and was excited to see that it was rubbery as opposed to the hard plastic of the other, she has a gentle mouth. Filling it with her kibble is easy, I just pour kibble into it over their food storage bin so whatever doesn’t go into ball goes back into the bin. Then I place it in the floor and she happily does the rest. I am ordering a second one of this brand as the ball sometimes ends up lost and I hate spending an hour looking for it when it’s her dinner time. It is durable, perfectly sized and helps our finicky dog eat her dinner, useful for breakfast too.

BEST ball/treat mental stimulation combo ball – ever! For MAJOR Aggressive Chewing Boston Terrier!
Literally THE ONLY ball/toy weâve purchased our amazing Boston pup (she turned 3 in Feb of this year) and though Iâve gotten her 3 thus far (within last 6 months or so) – they still last more than an hour vs most every single other toy (despite reviews/claims of durability against even the toughest of tough chewers, etc.!!) and quite honestly I think any time she accidentally rips the ball; she is sad! Bc sheâs really trying to get treats out/really just enjoys chewing rigorously or playing indoor catch with it, etc. – all other toys, on the other hand, she targets with a must-systematically-dismantle & destroy with my teeth- zeal that is beyond real and truth be toldâ¦something to be reckoned with ð) At any rate, she loves having different types of treats like those bacon strips for dogs crumbled up/mixed with those milkbone mini 𦴠in pieces, and whatever else of this sort that Iâll stick into the openings before tossing lightly or just rolling to her as she takes over from thereâ¦sometimes she stays focused trying to knock pieces out or sometimes slowly rolling with her nose to let each crumb fall out at a time â¦itâs the best toy ever so farâ¦aside from a now headless gorilla of herâs – the only other one I trust her alone with for not eating the dang thing/getting sick from ingesting hunks of toxic materials/choking on it, and so forth. Recommended.

Best $5 I’ve spent for a dog toy
Keeps my highly food driven dog occupied and mentally stimulated. Literally panting after working it for 30min. Outward hound toys were too easy, this keeps him on his paws. It’s also hard for him to grip the ball with his paw or chew it open cause the material is some sort of tough rubber, so it’s not like he can squeeze bite the toy to get food nor he can push it down with his paw for long. This thing also bounces pretty well, so you can tell your dog to go chase after it too.Make it harder by inserting square or rectangle pieces of deli meat, sausage, cheese, etc so it doesn’t come out easily. Put a few difficult pieces in there as well. If it’s deli meat it’ll dry up a bit so it will come out eventually. But if you use non kibble food, its hard to clean so maybe it’s best to get another ball to use as backup, then soak the ball in soapy water till clean. Other balls usually have something in the ball to make the hole smaller, but I’ve found just making the food chunks bigger makes it challenging already. Also $5 dollars!!! The kong tumbler puzzle food toy is like, 15-20, other puzzle balls are 10-12, this is the cheapest I’ve seen.

My parents have a Vizsla puppy and this ball kept him occupied for hours over Christmas! He loves playing with it whether or not there are treats in it. Although he’s worked out how to get the treats out relatively quickly now, it can still keep him busy for half an hour or so. The ball has been robust enough not to become damaged by his incessant chewing so far.

My dog loves this toy! He is a large Husky X and typically destroys his toys within a day. This toy is very durable, he chews on it and it has not gotten any holes or damage to it. The hole that the treats go in and come out is pretty small and I had to buy the smallest treats the pet store had to put in it. He usually takes about 5-10 minutes to roll the ball around to get the treats out. The ball is a rubber type material so its also really bouncy, so it’s also really great to play fetch with. It’s our favourite ball dog toy we’ve had so far.

Dog likes it as a ball but as a treat dispenser it’s ho-him. The starmark bob-a-lot is far superior in quality, fun and versatility, and my dog just loves it. Worth paying a bit more to get the bobalot. This ball is too simple.

Super good toy! I actually received all 3 colours in a set, but thought I was only going to receive one. Great quality for the price. My 12 week old pup is still trying to figure out the point, but itâs a great toy to keep her occupied.
