A good option for convenience! But there are cheaper ways to achieve the same result
These work pretty nicely! Though a little smaller than expected â they’re pretty much the same size and as soft as your standard cotton rounds for cosmetics â they do the job well if you have a small/medium size dog. One side is lightly textured and the other is smooth.We have a small 4 lb. Maltese who gets a lot of gunk around her eyes, and she gets mad when we try to pick at the hardened parts of her eye boogers with our fingers. These have helped rectify the problem by softening the gunk, though it does take a little bit of pulling and pinching gently to really get all the gross stuff out. The area around her face tends to start to smell with her eye secretions too, and these have actually helped to keep her smelling more fresh!My only real complaints are that the pads feel a little thin, and for the price point, I think it would make more sense to buy the Burt’s Bees dog eye solution and cotton pads from the store, which would be overall cheaper, but for anybody who’s looking for convenience and travel-friendliness, these are pretty solid. There are other options on Amazon, but these are made in the USA in case anyone cares about total transparency about its origin/ingredients.

Cat Safe Eye Wipes
My cat, Daisy, has had some gunk coming out of one eye, and I’ve been concerned about it. Our vet said it was normal. I didn’t feel comfortable just wiping her eye with my fingers. So, I decided to buy some eye wipes. These wipes are nice and wet, although Daisy doesnât like them because they’re cold. However, they work great and are safe for cats.Since cats often clean their eyes with their paws and then lick their paws, I worried about what might be in the wipes causing her harm. Thankfully, the wipes are made without alcohol or harmful chemicals, which puts my mind at ease. The container has 100 wipes and costs $19.99. So far, so good!

Expensiveand too small in size
These are too small in size, may be( 2″ diameter) for my dog, cant use multiple times and will not last long. The price is expensive compared to competitors. Other wise theyâre gentle, hypoallergenic, and easy to use. Good for cleaning away mucous, dirt, and eye crusts without irritating her eyes. Theyâre made with pet-safe ingredients and free from harsh chemicals.

It’s a miracle
These wipes are a miracle! They are easy to use and clean away drainage wi t h out having to use too much pressure. I have not noticed any smell or odor. The wipes are soft and thick so that one wipe gently cleans away stains and gunk. They are durable and don’t fall apart. I have A rescue cat that has significaint drainage in one eye. I have tried many things to clean it without irritating.Her skin bud had been having no luck. After the first time I used the wipes, I noticed That the staining was gone and There was significantly less drainage. I am so glad that Because I went back On it. These wipes are definitely worth the money

Use these with confidence!
Our lab had entropian as a puppy so he has always had very weepy eyes (see before pic for what his eye looks like on any typical day). I am SO glad to have found something made especially for wiping his eyes as I was unsure if my previous methods were a healthy choice.Now with these I can wipe his eyes with confidence! They are just like a little make-up pads, they are nice and thick/sturdy and very moist. No scents or dyes and he tolerates them a lot better than a large flat wipe or even a dry tissue. Most Importantly- they clean VERY well, given the textured surface.Side Note: The container is a lot smaller than I expected, which is actually nice for easy storage and travel.This brand really puts out quality material, so they might be a little more expensive, but my fur-babies are worth it!

Simple and my dog didn’t mind them
I was unsure based on the listing how big the container would be so I provided a soda can for reference. It’s sealed when you open it and then you remove some foil to access the wipes. The wipes themselves are really more like the type of small pads you might use to remove makeup.My dog frequently has grime all around her eyes, so I’ve been using this on her first thing in the morning and sometimes later in the evening. She doesn’t move away or flinch or anything, so it seems she’s fine with it. Previously I was just using my fingers, so this might actually be an improvement for her.If your dog doesn’t like you touching their eyes then I don’t know if this would make a difference, but at least you could do it fast by just quickly giving each eye a swipe.
