Great for travel carriers!
I bought two of these to use as an absorbent bedding in cat carriers on a long trip from the mainland to Hawaii just in case they had an accident during but luckily they did not.As far as comfort I can say at least one of my cats loves the soft, short, fur-like texture of the pads and uses the carrier even now that the trip is over. I think the texture is very nice and the thickness is perfect for a comfortable bedding.I can’t say for certain but I think the noise and thickness seem to be the main issues for my other cat but she’s super picky about anything she steps on. I don’t think the soft crinkling sound is a nuisance at all to me. It shouldn’t be too big of an issue for most cats (unless they’re picky like mine) and the pads are still fairly thin.They do, however, pick up a LOT of hair but just rolling a lint roller over it picks it right up and these pads can be easily hosed down and hung to dry (I did so after my cat puked all over it). Haven’t ran them through the washer though.Overall, after months of owning these, I think I’d definitely buy again if they ever break on me.

Really narrow and if you put them in a pet kennel, they will move around and your cats/pets won’t sit on them, because they will be pushed up against the walls. Next time, I’ll use command strips to hold them still.

These pads were very comfortable in my catâs carrier for recent travel. I was also able to have an extra needed to easily replace if kitty had accident. Easy to wash and fit perfectly in carrier.

fluffy and durable
I got these to put inside a homemade cat condo. It added extra cushioning as the cats like to lay on our clothes, towels, etc. This is their own space to lay. I am not sure if they are chew proof because the cats don’t chew them, but they seem very well made.

Use in my small dog’s pet carrier crate. He seems to like it. I believe it makes him more comfortable than a folded blanket like we had in it. He travels with us in the car, so this pad doesn’t slide around. It fit his crate perfectly.
