    Great Product!
I have been using Wuffes on my 2 dogs and saw almost immediate relief in my animals pain. The play like puppies, the 130 pound Chief who is 10 years old and 10 pound Flash who is 2,both sustained back hip injuries when they were young pups and now feeling it.

    Disappointed
Gave these to my boy as directed but did not see an improvement. I wish I could say otherwise.

Supposedly as packed with good stuff as competitors, but can’t know for sure
Our arthritic 16-year-old puppy has been taking Dasuquin for years. We may have it to thank for her continued mobility, albeit with some wobbliness. So my main concern was whether Wuffes is a comparable or even better replacement. At the time of writing, Dasuquin with MSM costs about $0.50/day for a large dog, and one daily dose contains: Glucosamine Hydrochloride 99% 900 mg, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 800 mg, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate 350 mg, Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU) Powder 90 mg, Boswellia Serrata Extract 40 mg, Green Tea Extract 32 mg. Other Ingredients: Glycerin, lecithin, mixed tocopherols (preservative), natural flavor, rosemary extract, silicon dioxide, soy protein isolate, starch, and vegetable oil.Meanwhile, one large-dog daily dose of Wuffes (also about $0.50/day) contains:+ Glucosamine HCI (shellfish) – 1250 mg+ MSM – 400 mg+ Chondroitin Sulfate (porcine) – 150 mg+ Hyaluronic Acid – 21 mg+ Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) – 50 mg+ Omega 3 as EPA/DHA – 16.5 mg+ Green Lipped Mussels – 100mgIf your eyes glazed over, the gist of it is that Wuffes provides more glucosamine and less MSM and chondroitin, but then includes a bunch of completely different magic dust. My understanding is that the omega-3 and green lipped mussels have pretty good evidence supporting them, but hyaluronic acid taken orally is a waste of time (that stuff does better injected right into your knees, as my mom can attest to). Dasuquin’s mix of magic dust also includes 2 well-supported ingredients (Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables, Boswellia Serrata Extract) and the rest, the jury are still out on. So they both have a comparable mix of good stuff and sketchy stuff, and personally I’d just go for whichever happens to be on sale when I run out. Or if you’re really flush, buy both and alternate them.My second concern was whether it actually contains what it says on the tin. You may have heard about how unregulated and scammy the supplement market is for humans, and how many supplements, when tested, didn’t actually contain whatever snake oil it claims to contain. I saw Wuffes’s product description mention independent lab testing, so I contacted them and requested a copy of the test results. Their response: “We would not be able to furnish proprietary information at this time.” Not sure which part of the results is proprietary, considering it’s just confirming they have what they claim they have? I feel obligated to take off at least one star for this, unless they have another way to prove they’re selling the real goods.Last but not least is palatability. Our dog is, as far as dogs go, somewhat picky. She didn’t like Beggin, if you can believe that. Well, she gobbled these up. It’s probably the Spray Dried Pork Liver – that stuff is usually popular with the canine set. I will say the first words out of my husband’s mouth was “wow, this smells bad”, but we’re not the customers here ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    Good
We are always looking for good products for the dogs. This works well, and the dogs like it. The senior dog seems to enjoy eating them; I have noticed a little more pep in his step. There is a good amount in the jar, and it should last a while with just one dog.

    15 year old dog approved.
My husband purchased these a year ago after seeing them on social media and our picky dog would not touch them. I decided to give them a try again and I’m glad I did. The picky guy has no problem taking them now. When the jar is first opened he has no problems chewing them. About half way through the container they start to get firmer so I have to give them a squeeze so they are easier for him to chew. He’s 15 years old and has the joint issues that accompany that age. I have noticed he is walking better. He sees a vet chiro monthly and I have noticed improvement in his reflexes when they get tested during his exam.
