Great cost and very durable. Easy to wash and keep clean. Fit to dishes well. Slip resistant due to suction cups. Great to slow my frenchies down. Helps with feeding time

They are easy to size, love the colors, works great to slow down my eager eater. Love that I can throw them into the dishwasher. Beware food does get underneath it. Also careful removing from the dish after feeding, the suction is good and food will fling back.

READ IF YOU FEED RAW/WET/SOFT FOOD
Great for kibble, but if you feed a special diet, look for a slow feeder that doesnât have sharp inner corners. The food is difficult to wash out in those tight squeeze places when cleaning the feeder. Otherwise, the slow feeder is great. Good suction, does what itâs designed to do! I feed raw, so I passed these to a friend who feeds kibble and it work great for her dog.

Meh, it is ok
UPDATE: My dogs ended up doing what other dogs in some of the reviews did; which is pull these out of the bowl. Mine also decided to attempt to eat them so I got to pick up chunks of silicone. I donât leave my dogs unattended while eating but ran inside real quick to grab something and the distraction was already done.I donât feed my dogs out of plastic bowls so I was looking for an option easy on their teeth rather than a full stainless steel slow feeder bowl. These were much smaller than I expected, I have large dogs so I guess their bowls are ginormous because this item didnât require any trimming in the bowl, my dog still can gulp half his meal before getting slowed down by this slow feed device. It definitely slows him down but it slides all over in the bowl as he smushes his nose in there getting his kibble. They do the job and nice that I can toss in the dishwasher just wish the device overall was taller so the whole meal was slow fed but Iâll keep using them, will be curious how they hold up over time.

Great for travel!
I bought this for our new puppy who was neglected and was inhaling his food. I didn’t want to have to buy the slow feeder bowl as I was hopeful that he would out-grow it as well as I wanted something small that would travel well. It’s been great! We usually stay at vrbos and I could use the bowls available. I even used it in a Styrofoam bowl from a hotel. Thankfully, we have outgrown it, but I like that it doesn’t take up much space so I can store it easily in case we need it again.

Doesn’t stick
Thought these would be a good for our two dogs. However they don’t form well and don’t stick. They end up popping up mid way through them eating. Even cutting them down they are still pretty large. Definitely not a one size fits all for bowls. Unfortunately not sure if I can return after cutting, but I’ll be looking for something that forms better and can stick to the bottom of a bowl without releasing during feeding time.

Great Slow Feeder
This is a really great product if you’re not looking for an actual slow feeder bowl. In my case, I already had food bowls for both of my dogs, so I wanted an insert instead of a bowl. One dog can eat with the slow feeder in place, no problem. The other dog, however, does not like the slow feeder. He growls and rips it out of his bowl, it works perfectly fine though. Soak it in hot soapy water to clean 1x week.

High maintenance and doesnât slow consumption as well as slow eat bowls
I have stainless bowls I hadnât been using and tried this product. It has suction cups on the bottom that work well. If you are feeding your dog hard chow read no further as this issue isnât relevant. If you are feeding soft, or homemade (as I do) or a mix of hard chow and soft read on. Soft foods will collect underneath this device between the suction cups and the dog canât get at it. You must remove the device and clean thoroughly. The baffles between the dividers also hold food the dog cannot lick out. This is not a lot of food but it will add up over time. The problem with food gathering underneath and around the suction cups could be fixed by adding a ridge around the bottom. Also, one of the dividers has torn almost by half. If you use this device you must take it out of the bowl after each feeding and clean it. My dogs can lick the color off a plate and the resin molded bowls with baffles are a better bet for them with wet foods. Iâll be going back to that style of bowl.
