This is a great stand/bowl set for any small to medium sized dog. Our 15 lb Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix is an extremely fast eater (he’s choked himself several times from scarfing down food too quickly) so the puzzle bowl is great for forcing him to slow down. The stand is the perfect height so he doesn’t need to bend his neck to far downward which causes painful flare ups of a bulging disc in his neck. The ceramic bowls are easy to clean and sanitize in the dishwasher, The design of the set is of a modern aesthetic and blends in great with our kitchen decor.

Ceramic slow feeder could break dog tooth
I purchased this for my dachshund. I love the appearance and height of the set but the ceramic slow feeder made me nervous. My dog pecks at the food because the ridges are so deep. I could hear his teeth hitting the ceramic and was worried he would break a tooth so I swap out the slow feeder with a plastic one.
