I love the feel. Smooth and not “powdery” or “sticky” like latex feels. Length is perfect and the thickness feels good in hand. My dog doesn’t chew, so, I can’t speak on that. Does not tangle easily or chip out.Will purchase more in the future.

Biothane leash for training
What I like about this long line leash is setting up a tracking course for my dog to walk almost independently, letting them sniff out and find items I have hidden . The leash allows freedom for the dog, weeds and stickers do not adhere to it, easy clean up and rolling it up is easy to put away. I have not used this for a dog over 25 pounds, you may want to test the strength before using on a more powerful dog. It is a quality soft practical training device, I have now gifted three to other people/ dogs. I most definitely recommend purchasing. I hope this helps! ð

Tough, easy to clean
Dog trainer recommended a long line while we were going through off leash training. We got compliments from both of them, once from ours and when the other trainer walked through the lesson, he yelled out “nice lead”. I guess it is a trainer thing. We have had this thing for months and it has not shown noticeable signs of wear, all the stitching still looks great. We go hiking, to the beach, this thing goes everywhere. The biggest benefit to this versus some other lines that trainers had around was how thin and light this is. We can grab it in our hands quickly versus a wider, heavier version that feels more like lugging around an extension cord. If we let our dog chew it and she thought it was a toy…this thing would be gone in 2 minutes flat. She is a well trained 50 pit-mix, so we don’t need to worry about pulling/snapping, but this gets dragged across concrete, sand, and dirt path without issues. I would go with a thicker version if you have a dog that pulls or might be strong enough to snap it.

Great leash for a medium/large Lab
Great leash for a medium/large Lab. Very easy to wash which is a MUST HAVE for any Lab owner. The clasp is a bit heavy but it makes it seem heavy duty. So far so good.

So happy to not have to use old nylon leash anymore. Also 4ft length so much better for moms.
This leash is so much nicer than the nylon one we’ve been using for years. Yes, a leash is a very small thing and I could have continued living with the old one indefinitely as there was nothing “wrong” with it. Nonetheless, this little inexpensive thing is something that brings me considerable joy on a daily basis. I find myself thinking about how happy I am not to have to use that other leash. It sounds so silly writing it down but it’s true. I think I’ll just throw the other one away. Even my older kids are more enthusiastic about walking the dog now that we have this new leash.Also, I love the 4ft length so much. Our old leash was 6ft which I thought was better so the dog can sniff etc. However, I am a mom of a toddler and the dog needs to be close and not pull.. This makes it easier to control her and makes our walks so much more enjoyable for all of us. She’s a pretty docile 60lb greyhound so controlling her is not too difficult but still she’s a hound and not the most tractable. My 1 year old also loves being a big girl and holding the leash and this one is much easier for her to grasp than the 6ft nylon one. If you’re a mom with a young child and are managing a stroller and a dog you absolutely need the 4 ft leash!!

I have just received the leash two days ago but I really like it. I like how it feels, has a good grip and it’s well made. We will see what happens in time, after few months of using it. It is a good leash length to use when walking in large parks with wide open spaces, if there is no one else around and you can to give your dog a bit of freedom and control. Also good for starting recall training. Price was good too. I might even purchase a longer one.

Me encanta esta correa. Hecha con un material súper resistente, me ha dado oportunidad de entrenar a mi cachorro para tener caminatas que sean agradables para los dos. Es ligera y el material Biothane no absorbe nada! Esto la hace perfecta para cuando está mojado el piso por las lluvias.La resistencia se mostró cuando un pastor australiano la agarró de juguete para jalármela. Ni se notó en donde la mordió! Si buscas una correa larga para tu perrito esta es la mejor qué hay!
