Great customer service
Product worked well but the collar quit after about 6 months. Customer service was great and replied promptly, a couple emails with a video sent of the product not working and they are sending a new collar as a replacement. Will definitely buy another from this company in the future if this one goes out.

Medical harm!!!
This collar caused my dog two puncture wounds into her neck. It was not on her tight but I am sure it is because it malfunctioned. We have to send her to the emergency vet. I do not recommend getting this collar or any other bark collar with prongs.

Very kind way to help train your dog
I cannot rave enough about this product! It has helped train our 1.5 year old bearded collie, all we used was the sound and the vibration and it did great! I highly recommend this product! Plus the price was great!!!

Works Great
Works exactly how it says it works! Has the sound, buzz, and shock. The levels of each is dependent on the pup. Not super expensive compared to other brands and has great battery life. Super easy to use. Only complaint would be that the adjustability is poor since you are given one large collar that you have to cut to fit. However, it is very nice that it fits all dogs.

Worked well until it didn’t. One year and it stopped charging completely. No longer works at all. Too much money for something that didn’t last very long. Suggest looking at other options.

Awesome Service
I had this product almost a year when the automatic bark sensor stopped working. The seller immediately tried to help troubleshoot the problem and then sent a replacement. They have been great. The product has taught my dog to “grumble” about vehicles in the driveway instead of hysterically barking. I provide telehealth services and the barking was getting to be very disruptive. This solved the problem!

Terrible customer service but works well when it works
This collar works well but it only lasted a few months. We had an issue where the collar started to beep vibrate and shock randomly. This would happen in a quiet house while the dog was sleeping. I worked with customer service to make sure it wasn’t in auto mode (it wasn’t, I made sure if this before I contacted them) and they wanted me to continue testing it on my dog. I lied and told them I did but I just left the collar on the counter instead, the collar continued to malfunction. I asked for a replacement or refund and they kept sending me links that didn’t work, I brought this to their attention but nothing was done. I gave up and will buy a different brand.

Worked to stop my dogs incessant barking!
These collars work like a charm! The anti-bark feature keeps our dogs barking under control during the day while we are at work and the remote control helps us control digging and other bad behavior after we are home. Highly recommend these collars! We even tested them on ourselves before we put them on the dogs, just to be sure they were not too harsh. Shock level of 1 is very effective and anti-bark level at 3 is perfect. We went from 15 Ring alarms for barking on day 1 to 5 alarms on day 2 and 0 on day 3…. speaks for itself.

I have had this just over a month and it has stopped working. The unit that is on the dogs collar wonât turn on. It is past the return window but customer service reached out and replaced the unit. Amazing customer service

Installed collar on dog, later dog had a barking fit at neighbors dog, pushed button with power at 50% on vibrate. My dog stopped barkingâ¦â¦.. All night.

Bought the collar 3 weeks ago or so and we’ve only used it a few times at the cottage where the dog is likely to wander.Put the remote on charge cuz it was low. But sadly it doesn’t charge at all. Tried several cables but it’s defective.Wouldn’t recommend as it feels really cheeply constructed.
