Lightweight, good quality
Iâve used slow feeders for my 13yo Lab for many years. She may be old, but she inhales kibble like a puppy! After researching the benefits of stainless steel over plastic bowls, I purchased this one. It seems a bit shallow but the large size easily fits 2.5 cups of kibble with a moderate splash of water on top. It is very effective to slow down her kibble consumption. It washes up well, but I havenât put it in dishwasher yet- my choice. It is lightweight and tends to slide across the kitchen floor as she eats, but my girl isnât deterred. Itâs just part of the meal-time game, to chase her breakfast across the room! It comes with a rubberized disc that is supposed to prevent slipping from happening, but I havenât figured out how to make that work yet. I would definitely recommend this purchase if youâre looking for an affordable, stainless steel slow feeder bowl.

Hi Quality Stainless Steel Slow Bowl
I wasn’t sure what I thought about this item when I first purchased. My goal was to get away from the plastic style slow bowls. I have very active Labrador Retrievers and I wasn’t sure if this slow bowl was going to work since it’s a more simple design. I was pleasantly surprised that I see no difference in how fast my dogs eat with this stainless Steel version verses the more intricate designs of the plastic versions I as using. The other thing I really like is it is how easy it is to clean this stainless version which makes me very happy. I would highly recommend this product. We will see how the rubber feet last over time but this item is very well made and a great purchase for my needs.

Itâs the super-bowl of dog bowls!
This is the last food bowl/dish I will ever have to buy. The stainless steel is sanitary, dishwasher safe, easy to stack with the other bowls when I fill and disperse to all four dogs without fear of them falling out of my hands before I hand them out. After using various styles of bowls over the years, the fact that these slip a little doesnât bother me; I have an area that each of my dogs eat their food and it restricts how much and where the bowl may move. Plus, they come with a slip resistant mat.Iâm more concerned with longevity and quality material. It works well as a slow feeder for my brindle Corso mix who tends to have a vacuum style of eating.I highly recommend!

Good for Large Dogs
Good quality, dishwasher safe and sterile slow feeder, suitable for large dogs. Non-slip discs on the bottom with a decent weight, that isn’t so heavy as to be awkward, but difficult for dogs to slide too easily. Wish these had a stand for raised feeding, but other than that, no complaints. Helps avoid some tummy troubles by slowing down gulpers. We swap the bowls weekly–using different types/shapes–so the pups don’t become to used to any one kind and start snarfing too quickly again.EDITED TO ADD: Got the “SHAINFUN Grey Metal Dog Bowl Stand for Large Dogs” which are adjustable, and work with these bowls.

Really good to have.
It does significantly reduce the fast pace of eating. It washes well, doesnât slip around. Good quality.

Works as intended
We were using another bowl that was absurdly segmented, took our dog 20 minutes to eat. This one seemed more reasonable and also had the non-stick bottom. Just tried and it worked perfectly, a great balance between slowing her down and still allowing her to eat!

Great dog bowl
We have a 6 month old pup. This bowl helps her eat much slower. I love that it is stainless steel.

Never using plastic again!
It looks really nice, and it IS! Itâs made very well, sturdy, and doesnât slip. I think it will last years and years. Attached is a photo of the medium bowl with 2 cups of kibble for our 120lb Mastiff-Rottweiler. Perfect fit! It slows down her eating time a bit, but most importantly it will not give her chin acne the way plastic bowls give our pets! Always avoid plastic bowls 🙂 hope this helps!

I love this bowl and so does my dog but the anti slip mat provided absolutely doesnât work and it is annoying to always have to bring back bowl to its place. Not sure why they couldnât adhere an anti slip material under the bowl itself??
