The Good and the Not-So Good
This ear wash does aid in removing wax and debris from my dogâs ears, and the large cotton swabs that came with it are really really great. The dispensing tip is soft and flexible, where most other washes Iâve tried have hard plastic tips that can be difficult to aim and uncomfortable for the dogâs tender ears. I appreciate this tip design as it allows me to get the product where it needs to be, (instead of all over the side of the dogâs head) and prevents wasted product. The bottle contains enough wash and there are plenty of swabs to make this worth the price for what you get, it should last a few months I imagine. My dog has recurring yeast infections but has not experienced an increase of irritation from using this product over the past weeks, so I do believe the product is the proper ph level for his ears.As far as being a deodorizer, I have not noticed any improvement in odor even though his ears are not âwaxyâ.I will keep using this product with my dog, and I am going to be a forever user of those cotton swabs!

Does the job
This gets the job done. My dog doesn’t like it, but she doesn’t like any ear cleaner! It’s easy to get down in the dogs ear without hurting her, and that’s important. I can’t say it works better than others I’ve tried, but I really have no complaints.

Flexible for getting in the ear
This cleaning solution is easy to use. It all came sealed and in a bag to keep it all together. The nozzle to put in the ear canal is really soft and flexible so it doesnât hurt them if they pull away. The solution came out really easily and I love the larger cotton swabs to ensure you donât hurt your pet while cleaning up residue and excess liquid after they shake their head.

This WORKS!
I have tried so many products for my lab/pointer mix’s ear. She has reoccurring issues with this one ear, we clean it often and the last few weeks it was really bad and I was thinking we needed to take her in then this stuff arrived. It truly breaks up the gunk! I put some in her ear, massaged, cleaned it out and repeated a few times. Her ear hasn’t bothered her since!!!!

Swabs are great!
The only thing wrong with this product is out dog really does not enjoy having her ears cleaned. But I’m funding that using the swabs can give her some itchy feeling relief and does get some of the nasty yeast infection out of her ear canal. The swabs are soft and can fit into her ears rather easily and definitely comes out with the gunk in her ear. The swabs are much better than trying to use a tissue or thin towel and using my finger.The cleaning liquid works to offer our dog some soothing relief for her itchy ears and the liquid has a pleasant smell to it. Not too powerful like some other cleaning liquids.

Great, but package came opened.
Overall, the product is great and easy to use. I have a dog that regularly gets yeast infections in her ears due the way her ears fold and trap everything. This kit made it easy to irrigate her ears, and the included swabs work great for cleaning in the folds of her ears. The liquid did not bother her or irritate her skin. My only complaint is the packaging was open, seamingly intentional to accommodate the swabs. I would suggest maybe looking into larger packaging.
