Good Natural Temporary Relief of Hot Spots
My dog gets hot spots and licks them and then makes them worse. Our vet has prescribed all sorts of antbiotics and extremely expensive oral medications to prevent itching and irriation, but nothing works, and I was tired of giving my dog all of these drugs that come with all of these scary warnings.I decided to order this medicated spray since it is natural and I can spray it on whenever I see him licking.I often spray it on before we go for our morning walks and that way he is distracted and doesn’t lick at it immediately after spraying. I think this is a very good spray to use at the first sight of irritation or bothersome hot spots. His spots are very bad right now, and I found a spray that contains benzocane which numbs the irritation and pain, so I am using that one right now and putting the cone of shame on him so he doesn’t lick.Once the hotspots improve, I will switch to this natural spray and give him a little spray in the commonly irritated areas before we go for our walks. I give this spray four stars because it is one of many things I use to try to calm my dogs hot spots, but it probably would not work as the only line of defense.Overall, I am satisfied and glad I found this natural spray.

Pretty good
So far, this works on my dog. I just started using it so I’ll update you later on how it heals her wound.

I’m Noticing a Difference
According to the directions, this spray should be used 2 to 3 times/day for 7 to 10 days for best results. I’ve been using it on my dog for a couple of days, and I’m noticing that he doesn’t scratch as often or as hard as he did before. He also seems calmer and not as annoyed or fussy due to itching as he had been. This spray has a pleasant scent, and I like how silky and soft his coat feels after spraying him. The directions also say to spray “far away” from the affected area. Spraying from such a distance makes it a little difficult for me to keep my dog still while I aim the spray toward the targeted areas.

Do nut put this on hot or sore spots.
It’s supposed to be for hot spots. My kitten hates me now! It burned her and she screamed.

hoped it would work!
I waited for so long for it to arrive and when it did, was disappointed as the product didn’t not work for my dog. No matter how much or often I applied. Not to say it won’t work for others; just not mine. I’ve been using for two weeks hoping something will change but it hasn’t. I guess he likes the cone so much better, NOT but that seems to be the only thing to keep him away from the area in question.

Worth a try
My dog is always very itchy and has lots of skin issues. I will take any help from a spray that I can. This one seems to do OK.

Working so far
My bulldog was licking her paws alot lately and was afraid she was going to turn it into a hotspot. This spray claims to help hotspots and itch so was excited to try on her. It smells minty like mouthwash. The the smaller spray bottle comes out like a mist and she doesnât mind having it sprayed on her paws and much better than a large typical hard spray. So far her licking is alot less, so I will keep it up daily for a week more.

Sensitive skin spray
Our golden retriever is prone to getting hot spots but this has helped with his itching. Itâs easy to use. Doesnât have a sticky smell.
