We have two Aussie mixes and they love the bed. I love that I can easily zip off the quilted part and toss it in the wash. I recommend vacuuming off the debris before. It says you can fluff it in the dryer first to make it come to full size faster. I would not suggest this because even in my 7.4ft drum sized dryer it was trying to break apart, so I turned it off and let it rise on its own. I have bought from this company in the past and you buy again in the future.

Over 20,500 reviews 4.3 stars ..I got this thing for my dog..heat wave here ..she is miserable …I researched it out…now I see a warning from Amazon Frequently returned itemCheck the product details and customer reviews to learn more about this item.How do they account for the good reviews? I ordered a “cooling dog bed”…got it the next day…it came with a foam bed with a cover. That’s it..the instructions to assemble are as follows- 1 – unzip. 2- insert bolster (what is this?? Where is this??) 3- insert foam. There is no cooling gel ..there is no mystery bolster…I paid 73.99 for some foam with a plastic cover. THIS review will never be calculated as negative given all the positive reviews. I’m so pissed off. My dog needs relief until can get A/C installed. Amazon keeps the good reviews going. I paid over 70 dollars for this thing. This is wrong on so many levels. I wrote to the company FurHaven which has great reviews…called them as well…no response so sent an email. I miss the days when we could trust our merchants. So when you see all the stars on Amazon you cannot trust them..

OMG! He LOVES it!
Dog took to it like a duck to water. No hesitancy from the moment it was placed in his crate. Since then – he’s been bitten by a dog, bitten by a snake and has bled all over it multiple times.Took Clorox Wipes and wiped it down, set it outside to dry and it was good as new. Once all the healing is complete, we will take it out and run it through the washing machine to test out its efficiency. Otherwise, this was a great buy. Easily recommend to anyone.

Dogs wonât use it
I have three dogs and none of them will use this. We got it for our elderly dog, but he by far refuses to lay on it. We used treats and training and still he didnât like it. Beyond that, it is foam⦠thatâs it. Two colors of foam and so doesnât actually cool⦠the outer fabric is such that my dogs slip on its surface and scratch at it.

My senior dog has been uncomfortable in the heat this summer, so I got this cooling pad hoping it would help. Occasionally he will go to lay down on it, but not every time heâs really hot and panting, which makes me think if he does lay on it, itâs because it happens to be a pillow on the floor, not because itâs particularly cooling for him. If I gesture for him to lay on the bed, he often ignores me. Also, if he does go to lay on it, heâll âdigâ at the top to try to make it a nest. The pad has held up to this abuse, but the sound it causes with this type of fabric cover is pretty darn loud! It has woken me up a few times.

I ordered the jumbo (X-large) dog bed in Jan/22 and because our dogs loved it so much decided to order another one. The original jumbo is bigger than this jumbo that I just ordered. Iâm very frustrated that they have changed the size especially since I was going to order a new cover for the original one which obviously wonât fit! I would have rated the bed a 4 star but Iâm annoyed they made it smaller.
