Impressive Dog Hip & Joint Care Product
The reason that I like this pet supplement is that it’s enriched with Fish Oil, good for my dog’s skin and coat. Plus, it comes in a 60-count bag which is great and lasts for a month. The addition of Glucosamine MSM was a nice surprise! For joint health, it’s really important. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Quality ingredients, but contains chicken which my dog cannot have…
This is my mistake; when I ordered these, I didn’t read closely enough that they contained chicken, which my dog is allergic to.That said, they do contain mostly quality hip and joint ingredients… but they do also contain molasses and wheat ingredients, which some prefer to avoid. As such I can only rate on the ingredients these chews contain. However, as with most supplements, they generally need to be taken for an extended period of time to assess their efficacy, so I also cannot speak to that point.

Dogs canât talk so assume it works. They like them!
Made with good ingredients, but there is no honest way to tell if the dogs feel better with them. They do like them and gobble them up, so thatâs a plus. I know based on ingredients they are supposedly good for dogs joints. No issues with stomach problems or size.

Love these chews
These Pet Protect Hip & Joint chews are great! My dog really loves them, and I really love carrying them around to give out as rewards on our walks. They are soft and easy to chew, and the ingredients same of great quality

My Dog Thinks They’re Treats, I Think They’re Magic!
I have to admit, I wasnât sure how my dog would take to these chews, but it turns out he thinks theyâre treats, so that’s a win right off the bat. He gobbles them up like Iâm handing him a gourmet snack, not realizing theyâre actually helping his creaky joints! After a couple of weeks, I noticed a real differenceâheâs moving around more easily and acting like his younger self again. No more âold manâ groans when he gets up from his nap. The fact that these are vet-formulated gives me peace of mind, and the ingredients list reads like a who’s who of joint support superstars (Glucosamine, MSM, fish oil, the whole shebang).Plus, theyâre chicken-flavored, which is basically dog candy, and I don’t have to wrestle him into taking a pill. So, if you want to see your dog prance around like theyâre a puppy againâand avoid the drama of tricking them into taking medicineâthese are the way to go!

Requires a lot of chews for large dogs
I’m giving this 5 stars because I think it has the right kind and amount of ingredients to help my dog’s joint problems. It uses good forms of glucosamine and other ingredients. However one thing to note is that this does require a lot of chews to be given each day for large dogs, which means the bag of 120 chews doesn’t really last as long as it appears it will. For a dog between 60 and 100 pounds, it requires 4 chews daily. The good thing is my dogs absolutely love these supplements and happily gobble as many ‘treats’ as I will give them! I think the small dog thinks it’s quite unfair that the big dog gets so many more treats than her each night.

Pretty decent
Compares to a âlevel 3â of another semi major joint brand that I used to regularly buy for a previous dog. Because of that I expect it to help the same amount, assuming the quality is the same.Like others I noticed the multiple sugar ingredients, but my hound does not get any other treats with sugar so Iâm hoping it doesnât have any impact. Having said that, the manufacturer should consider some dogs may have preexisting health conditions that do not allow them to consume any sugar at all, so they are minimizing their reach. Leave it up to the customer to find a way for their dog to take their supplements, most are not that picky, and keep the pills as healthy as they can be.
