really helps older dogs
I had an old dog .. Leo. He died last night. He was 20 years old…thats 140 in dog years. He was always on the obese side. He didn’t care he was happy. In the later years I noticed that his was slower getting up. I tried many different kinds of joint and hip meds. The last I tried was Amazon dog hip and joint chews. It really helped him get up and move better. I saw a marked improvement in his walking and getting up. I also placed my sons 2 Rottweilers and my 3 dogs on the medication. No need to let them get slower.I liked the amazon product because it was affordable and my dogs like it. I have one that smells medicine a mile away. They take their meds every morning before cookie treat.I was sad to say goodbye to Leo. I know we had our best time together. The last day was the only time he refused to take his morning pill. I kind of understood why.I am sure my large couch potato would give Amazon great reviews for a great product. I live in the north Georgia mountains. Not a lot of places to shop. My dogs have been happy with my amazon purchases. Amazon makes living in the wilderness a pleasant thing. Thank you for taking care of my Leo

Works for us!
I love these as my girl is usually difficult to get to eat, chew, or swallow anything but meat! I had to start out slow, by first of all dipping in homemade chicken broth for the first few days. Then I switched up to a tiny piece of chicken. She now is eating and swallowing without any problem. I do break it up into 4ths because she is spoiled and doesn’t like big bites! We will be sticking with “Amazon Basics Hip and joint Chews”! Besides working for her, it’s reasonably priced!!?

100% happy with this product.
After trying any more expensive brand, and realizing my dog could not stand how they taste, I read through all of these reviews and gave this product a shot. Not only does he love how these taste we are seeing significant help to his mobility on the daily. Highly recommend. Do be aware that they are tiny little treats, my 11-year-old100 pound Akita eats four a day.

Good supplement.
Not sure it actually does anything. These supplements take time to work. But her hip hasn’t gotten worse. Proper exercise or the supplements? Probably a combination of both. But she loved getting her “special” morning and evening snack. Do, I’ll happily keep her on this. No supplements are immediate miracle cures.

12 1/2-year-old lab is playing again!
My 12 1/2 year-old lab has been having a hard time moving around, and does not play with my other dogs as she used to. I started this three days ago, giving her two treats in the morning and one in the evening, and Iâve already noticed a difference in her behavior on day four, twice in less than three hours she has gotten up and played with the other dogs. Which is very unusual for her. Seems to be working! Will update my review in a month for longer-term results.
