We have an 8yo lil bundle of fur who is getting older and isnât as spry as she used to be. She likes to get up in the couch and sleep in bed with us and it constantly worried us sheâd get injured trying to do so every single time. We tried plastic stairs, wooden stairs, ramps even, and truth be told, nothing compares to this product. The loud thuds from the plastic stairs scare her, the wooden stairs hurt her and the ramp made her nervous from it being too narrow. She has gotten to the point where she risks getting injured from jumping from the couch or bed instead of using any of them. When I finally decided to get her these foam stairs she was so traumatized from those other products it took us a while to get her accustomed to using it. Item specs/dimensions wrong
So this is advertised as 13.8 inches tallI have a couch that is 14 inch off the ground. I found this thinking it would be the perfect fit. Itâs about two inches shorter then advertised.Also the foam is bad quality very soft if any weight goes on it it squishes down to nothing, being a step itâs suppose to support weight from a dog. My 8 lb Pomeranian squishes this thing like a ant.I do not recommend this brand, due to false size claims and softer then normal foam.Itâs already been over 48 hours when writing this review and itâs definitly not expanding anymoreIf you are looking for a soft foam 12 inches tall go for it otherwise stay away.

MY dog thought it was a toy not a step
I got this hoping it would work for my bed. It doesnt’ way to short. My older dog doesnt’ even use it for the couch :(, My younger dog though it was a chew toy and has ripped it to shreds. 🙁 The added lint rollers were nice. To avoid the dogs eating the step I suggest using their included cover asap

This ramp for the sofa is okay. My dog was very hesitant to get on it and did not love climbing on it at all. I found that it was too low to get him onto the sofa. It required too big of a jump for him to get from the top of the ramp onto the sofa. The memory foam was nice and thick and the cover was corduroy on the outside and more of a nylon feeling fabric on the bottom. The zipper goes around all three sides to make putting the cover on easier. It’s a nice ramp, but it definitely needs to be on a lower surface.
