Expands quickly
This is a nice set of pet steps. You remove it from the packaging, and that’s it. The removable cover is already on it, and it is fully expanded the next day. It firmed up fully over the next few days, and it feels about perfect now. I needed this for my senior cat. He has arthritis, and I want to make his life as pain free as possible. So I got these steps because he lays on my bed most of the time now, and I don’t want him to have to jump up and down. He started using them within a day, so obviously he’s happy. And that’s what matters to me. So I definitely recommend these steps.

Great Dog Stairs, but Could Use a More Grippy Base
These dog stairs have been a lifesaver for my puppies! They are the perfect height to help them get onto the couch safely, protecting their backs and legs from strain. Since my dogs arenât big enough to jump up on their own, these stairs give them the versatility to move around more independently.The design is sturdy yet lightweight, and the steps have a nice, non-slip surface, so my pups feel secure when using them. However, my only complaint is that the bottom isnât as grippy as Iâd likeâit tends to slide around on smooth floors. Iâve had to place a rug underneath to keep it in place.Overall, itâs a great product that provides much-needed support for small dogs, but a more slip-resistant base would make it even better!

Great steps for my 5 pound dog to get on the couch. Soft. She loves them. She has a leg injury and has to use steps.

Love the fluff!
We have dog stairs all around the house for our 13lb Coton de Tulear who loves to jump up onto sofas and beds but can’t get back down himself without steps. This ramp is my favorite one yet. It not only expanded quickly, it also expanded fully which I can’t say of all my high density foam steps. It’s also firm enough that my 12 year old daughter was using it as a pseudo (though not very effective) slide. I love that the outer cover is fuzzy and furry and can be removed for throwing into the wash, which we’ll inevitably need to do. It’s the perfect height for the platform bed we’re using it with. I can easily recommend this one and do!

Fourth Try of Dog Stairs
Have you been looking for the perfect dog stairs? We tried the plastic folding, the ones resembling a wheelchair ramp, the ones with stairs with cushions, and now this set. It is composed of foam that is tightly compressed when shipped. It comes out beautifully to form the steps. I am trying to get my dog to use the steps because I want this to be my final attempt. If I were a dog, these are the ones I would choose, lol. I think he will like the current ones because they are more like his little couch and bed. Heres to hoping!

Soft to the touch but firm so dogs feel safe walking on it. Doesn’t stick out very far from the couch.
